We hired RC Special Events to set up tents, chairs, dance floor, lighting and other items for our daughters wedding. From the beginning communication was poor in regards to services, getting questions answered and estimates. We were charged for all clear window panels, lighting & chargers which were not supplied. I contacted Kathleen Berry the morning of the wedding and was told a refund would be issued.
3 emails to her and the owner have not gotten a response and still no refund. We made the mistake of paying by check and suggest only pay by credit card so you will have more recourse. Was not happy with them and would chose another company.
