Best pizza in Fort Collins, hands down! I go to Slyce at least once a week and I’m never disappointed. Their «by the slice» pizza is always fresh, creative and delicious. My favorite is the macaroni and cheese pizza. Real comfort pizza! The crust is the best. Ask for honey to put on that last piece of crust.

Four words, macaroni and cheese pizza! This place has such great combinations I really want to try them all at some point. Every time I eat here I am never disappointed in the selections they offer especially the mac and cheese pizza and the loaded potato pizza. It is also open late until 3am which is awesome if you happen to stumble into a few old town bars. The staff is friendly and helpful in recommending pizza if you’re not the most sober and can’t decide on what to have. It’s a smaller place but every time I have gone it hasn’t been too crowded. Awesome place to eat!

Oh my! My husband and I just moved up to foco this past summer and have since been trying every different pizza place to find our favorite. I am still eating my pizza while I write this review, it’s THAT good. We got the macaroni one and the BBQ pizza with french fries. I’ve never had a more creative or a better trasting pizza anywhere! This place is a must-​go in Fort Collins!

Some of the best pizza in town. Buy by the slice and enjoy. The Slyce crew had 30 different pizzas to choose from a decent selection of bottled beer.

I love it. I discovered it early on and have been a regular customer. Along with GREAT pizza they have a fun, knowledgeable staff. The discount program is great, as is the ‘bring your own box’ discount. I had the mac and cheese pizza with a quesadilla on it (i forget the name) but it was awesome, as usual.
I recommend this place to everyone at work looking for somewhere to eat downtown, especially if they are in a hurry as the wait time is near zero!

I didn’t think a slice of pizza could be bad, but it was here. Nasty toppings which sound tasty but weren’t. Potato pizza was sweet. SWEET. Macaroni and cheese pizza was flavorless and weighed 10 pounds. You could tell how unhealthy it was but not even slightly flavorful. So I exchanged for a slice of cheese which I ended up throwing on the ground. The cheese was like chewing on gum and tasted burnt. And I was drunk! Still not edible.

Holy scheikes the Mac n cheese pizza is orgasmic. Also had the pesto poetabello, pesto artichoke, and a couple others not sure of the names, but all were great. The pesto in general was a little lacking, tastes like it was store-​bought pesto, but it was still good, not enough to warrant docking a star, I would certainly come here again. Love the concept of ordering by the slice.

If you want to try unique pizza options by the slice this is the place for you. One slice is plenty big to curb your hunger but how can you choose just one? The Mac n Cheese pizza is a staple but you honestly can’t go wrong with any flavor you choose! Take the slice to go or eat at one of their many tables inside.

My husband and I drove down from Cheyenne to try Slyce Pizza Co. We read all the great reviews on Unilocal and heard from others that Slyce Pizza was a great place. My favorite was the White Cheese with Rosemary. Delicious! No problem finding a parking spot, there was a ton of spots. We were the only folks inside. it was quiet and we got a table right by the window. it was perfect. I love Slyce and would totally come back. I just have one recommendation… the paper plates you use are so flimsy and are not good for cutting a pizza on. Thicker paper plates would be better. :)

Solid place! Convenient location in the hustle and bustle of downtown Fort Collins. HUGE slices with something for everyone’s taste. Comfortable and clean to dine in or fast, friendly service when you’re looking for quality, but need to eat on the go.
Slyce has some really unique choices, but also your favorite classics. You have to try the Mac ‘n’ cheese pizza! It’s even tastier with hot sauce :)

Wow, this place should be called Slyce of Heaven because that’s what those enormous pieces of pizza tasted like in my mouth! I had two slices– a traditional mozzarella, tomato, and basil, and then a more creative cheesy bacon and potato. Both were fantastic. I chose slices that were already made so it was super fast to get my food, and the location near campus and downtown was very convenient. I look forward to future visits!

I wish I was staying in Fort Collins longer because I’m loving this pizza. I bought a second slice even when I was pretty full because it’s that yummy. The guys working tonight were friendly and fast. Parking is nearly impossible to find in this city, but this place is worth a few trips around the block to find a spot.

I stopped into Slyce this past weekend due in part to the ridiculous lines at most other places, probably due to it being the middle of Great Plates.
Why wasn’t there a line at Slyce? I’m not sure, because the pizza was delicious. They had six different pizzas available when I wandered in, everything from basic cheese and pepperoni to more adventurous Eggplant Parm and even Mac & Cheese … on pizza.
It’s a quickserve joint, but the counter staff were friendly and helpful, and they warmed the slices quickly in the cutest little pizza oven I ever did see. The crust was crisp and flavorful, and the toppings (in my case, an Eggplant Parm slice, and a Spinach and Feta slice) were delicious — the tomato sauce stood on its own and avoided the all too common canned tomato taste.
I’ll definitely be back — after looking at their menu, I know there’s always going to be an interesting slice waiting for me!

Don’t venture out for pizza much, so many choices and disappointments. When I find one I like (which I have), I stick with it.
But on a whim, went in yesterday. Oh boy! Loved it!
My preferred place is a thicker crust type. Sometimes you want a change. This place is thin crust, at its best.
I had the roasted pepper portobello spinach. My husband tried the chix blue cheese and the pepperoni, Italian sausage. They were all so yummy!
Great variety and tastes. Only one guy was working, he gracefully handled a large phone order and the in-​store customers. Great slyce rep!
Prices are phemominal.
Only one drawback, the brownies aren’t as tasty as the pizza. So definitely go in for the pizza but skip dessert and try some of the near by places known for desserts.

The Slyce Pizza crust is the best I’ve ever had. I would eat it plain, no kidding. It has a great, rustic oven taste. It’s crisp without being a cracker. It’s chewey and flavorful. It holds up to the gourmet ingredients and cheeses without the need to fold it or having it floppy. Even the ingredients must like it because they stay on it. I’ve never had the pizza flopping slide off as so many others do!
I was pleased to have one of Slyce’s new salads. There is something yummy in the contrast between salad and pizza!

The crust is thin and perfectly cooked and they have both traditional pizza Styles like 4 cheese and sausage and pepperoni as well especialty pizzas like macaroni and cheese and Chicken Cordon Bleu. There were at least 12 flavors of pizza available to buy (which you do by the slice).
The staff is very friendly and they are open late on weekends. Give them a try.
