This is a fairly typical Starbucks with a little exception. On Saturdays from roughly 10am-1pm there is a Farmer’s Market nearby in the same parking lot. Nice to get a coffee or tea then go purchase some homegrown food.

I’ve had burnt coffee here more times than I can count. The only reason I go is the convenience of the location. They have a fine little patio area and lots of seating, so if you just need some caffeine to get you through and a place to sit then this place is fine. If you want to enjoy your coffee, try Cuppies, Wild Boar or Momo Lolo.

Just what you would expect from Starbucks. The staff is friendly and the food and drinks of Starbucks quality. Has a very nice outdoor seating area. This location is always busy and setimes the seating area and tables aren’t cleaned or wiped down often enough.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a London Fog… And they gave me earl grey tea minus milk and vanilla… Walked back and the guy would not fix the drink. When one says latte… Most people mean coffee or espresso. Rude. I guess nothing beats local coffee shops with better service. Never going back to a Starbucks.

I don’t know why everybody is giving this location a bad rap. I have been to a couple around town and I think this one is my favorite. The people are so sweet, they make the drink the«same ‘ol» way(that’s what you expect from a chain) and they make your drink in a timely matter without chatting too much.

I think its funny some give it low ratings and say things like ‘same old’… Of course it’s ‘same old’ its supposed to be ‘same old’ welcome to chain coffee. People go to starbucks because they one, like it and two, it’s consistently the same no matter which storefront you’re at. Now that being said, I just don’t care for starbucks all that much but I do use Starbucks espresso in my espresso maker at home where I can control the sugar that is otherwise overwhelming in the storefront versions and at only ~$.80/cup. The burnt flavor comes from the roast and the bitterness comes from the espresso being brewed with water that’s too hot. Ideal espresso brew temps are 170–190 °F, anything higher brings out the bitterness.

The staff is always extremely friendly which makes it worth going — even though the coffee isn’t always the greatest

Same old Starbucks you encounter anywhere. At this one, if you order a medium roast coffee they repeat their proprietary brand name as if me hearing that will confirm any further what I already ordered. I don’t know — just give me a dark roast. If I want a medium size, I will say medium — figure it out — do the translation from normal speak to Starbucks speak in your own head and don’t try to train me. If I wanted to order by saying«grande pikes peak» I would — but I don’t. I only patron here if I miss the turn to Momo Lolo Coffee House on Elizabeth St.

Subpar coffee at outrageous prices. I still blows my mind on what people will pay for coffee. I met a friend here who did nothing but complain about how broke she was only to turn around a drop about $ 8.00 on coffee and some pasteries. I guess I have to hand it to Starbucks marketing department in convincing people that they actually need to pay huge sums for coffee. They will NOT be convincing me.

I am a big fan of my neighborhood Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Of course, the coffee and other drinks are always yummy and served to specification. Great outdoor seating is located on the east side of the store(sunny in the morning, shaded in the afternoon). The only downside: if you are approaching by car from the west, you have to navigate through the Drake Marketplace parking lot/labyrinth. Walk there(if you can) and treat yourself to, I don’t know, a tall mocha frap with whip.

This place has the same drinks taste wise as any other Starbucks locations. A couple times in the late day though their pumpkin bread and banana bread were going hard. Not so good. Same goes for the location on College.
