Quite possibly the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks! Standing around, hands on hips, complaining about management or something. Did not even acknowledge me, just looked at me to take my order. Very awkward and uncomfortable!

The staff here are very friendly. I came here for the first time the other day and was greeted by a very peppy barista. Their repertoire with their regulars seems good too. After spending an hour there I saw a lot of people come and go, many of which seemed to know the staff personally. I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks, but I almost always have a gift card in my wallet from some friend or family member, so I’ve been to quite a few. This one is a little small, definitely more of a commuter coffee shop than one where you sit down and stay a while. I ordered their new vanilla spice latte drink, but as usual I wasn’t impressed. I don’t like the taste of Starbucks coffee, in my opinion it tastes burnt. I almost always order a chai latte or some other non-coffee drink.

This is a pretty good store, seating is limited and often when I want to mix up my stores this one is packed. But my favorite part of the store is the brick wall.

In my on again-off again love affair with SBUX, I still find myself coming here. It’s about a half block from my office, the baristas are friendly, and are starting to know me by drink. A sure sign I’m fitting right in. If there’s any downside, it’s gotta be that this is a commuters haven. There’s quite often a line to the door, but the crew behind the counter are always expediting. However, I usually end up cleaning up messes and requesting a fresh carafe of hand & half at the condiment counter. Now, is it weird that there’s also a SBUX in the King Soopers not even 100 yards away?
