My husband I were looking for a house in the country which is pretty hard to find so when we found it with this rental agency we were pretty excited. I called Jim after getting confirmed that our pup wasn’t a pitbull(yes they highly discriminate on the appearance, even a mix) to see if I could give him an application and/or a deposit before we could view the property because we really can’t wait to get out if the city and we know how rare the property was. Jim immediately declined my offer and assured me that I was the only one looking at the property or I’d be the first in line. Leaving me feeling great we showed up at property the next day to the viewing with two guys just finishing up their viewing. To be short these guys got the property and when Jim called to confirm this with my husband, my husband simply wanted to tell him that the way we were treated was unfair, we felt like we were discriminated against and this was really bad customer service. Jim was immediately defensive, irritated and argumentative. It is easy to say we are very happy not leasing from this company and I would hate to see how they treat people that are leaving their rentals, probably much worse. I do not like giving bad reviews, however I felt that others needed to be warned about this company.
