I love the tea and atmosphere of this tea place. However, their hours do not work with someone like me who works a lot and usually will not make it either before or after work. I just wish they had longer operating hours so I can actually stop by and enjoy a cup of tea.

Great spot to get a giant iced loose leaf tea. They have quite the selection here, but not everything. So far the place remains pretty quiet, but this could change once business picks up, or once the students all return.
Parking is pretty limited, but it isn’t far from a MAX station. Hours are limited too. Sometimes they close up early if business is slow.
All the staff members I’ve been helped by are wonderful. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Overall, I’ll admit that I’m a fan and I’ll be here a lot, despite my handful of complaints. Next, they should look into serving boba milk tea!

I was there @ 8:20 AM today and not open until 10.
Therefore 2 stars & I will go elsewhere for my morning tea.
