I’m a girl from out of town visiting some family and we decided to eat pizza here since it was highly recommended. From the moment we walked in through the door, the host and waitress were so kind! Since we had 2 kids along, our waitress helped us by grabbing a high chair and being extra friendly. She was very patient while we took forever to order and was mindful of the kids when setting food. We had some garlic knots, a salad, hot wings, and we created kind of like a Margherita pizza. The food was deliiiiiiish! I’m a huge NY pizza fan and this place is now high up on my list. It was a great experience! I definitely recommend

This is our go-to pizza delivery spot. The pizza is generally thin crust, NY style and good. The garlic knots are also good, while a little greasy(especially if you get them with cheese). I’ve had the caesar salad and spaghetti before as well and they were both good, not amazing or outrageously good, but good. The prices aren’t low, but they’re acceptable for what you get. They’ve messed up delivery orders a couple times and were quick to give us credit and free product when this did occur(as any business should). Thumbs up from me.

Meh. I ordered garlic knits and a calzone and they were both pretty mediocre. Staff is awesome.

We had a potentially frustrating experience turned into an extremely positive one due to the incredible customer service of Matt at Garlic Knot. We ordered a couple Garlic Knot pizzas through Grubhub’s website at around 6pm. We finally called the restaurant as it was getting close to 8pm and we still hadn’t received our food. Turns out Grubhub had gone down and the order didn’t get sent to Garlic Knot until an hour and a half after we submitted it. Garlic Knot was slammed on a Saturday night(with a Broncos game) and could have easily blamed it on the 3rd party website and gone on about their business… instead, Matt moved our order to the top of the stack and rushed the delivery so we had two hot pizzas at our door within about 20 minutes from when we hung up the phone. On top of that, he continued to follow up with Grubhub(their phones and online chat were down) until the next day when he could finally get through and they agreed to refund our purchase. The pizza was hot and tasty, and I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time. A big thank you to Matt and the Garlic Knot crew… highly recommended!

Not that impressed. It was good but not for the price I paid. The crust was soggy and all the toppings fell off every time I picked one up.

I love this place, particularly the veggie calzone. I’ve eaten here a few times and was surprised with the low reviews. THEN… I had takeout of the veggie calzone. Yuck, it was completely soggy. I think the problem is that there is a specific problem with takeout. I’m guessing when my calzone came out of the oven, they immediately wrapped it in aluminum foil, thus trapping all the steam and turning the formerly crisp dough into mush. I’ll eat here again but not takeout until they realize that trapped piping hot steam equals mush.

Great Crust, pretty girls, what more can a pathetic middle aged man ask for on a Friday night. I ordered the small with light cheese and it actually reminded me of NY Style Pizza — I was quite impressed with the pie.

We tried the Garlic Knot for the second time and were pleased to know that over the past year not much has changed. The pizza we ordered(can’t remember the name) had white sauce with garlic, broccoli, and chicken was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. You could tell that some of the waitresses were fairly new but there was also excellent communication between the managerial staff and those waitresses to steer them in the right direction. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive and we were never left wishing she would return to fill our drinks. The garlic knots with melted cheese on top were awesome just like they were the last time. The owner of the restaurant made a point to go around and talk with everyone to make sure they were happy with their meals. We were very happy with the food and service we received from the Garlic Knot in Fort Collins. We will come back again. On a side note — Don’t let the 3⁄5 star rating fool you, this place seems more like it should deserve a 4 star out of 5 average if not just a little higher.

We were hanging out and decided instead of going out for dinner we’d order in, and this was the closes pizza place to the house. We ordered 3 pizza and wings. It was good! We had an xl pep. sausage, and mushrooms and then the 14th street one or whatever it’s called. That one was really good on thin crust, the kids had cheese pizza and the bbq and med. wings were excellent! We also ordered cinnaKnots and its as just okay.

I tried Garlic Knot for the first time, and I was somewhat underwhelmed. I am from outside NYC originally, and this is not the New York style pizza I am used to. The pizza didn’t have a great taste in my opinion(sauce perhaps?), and the crust was pretty soft. Overall, not sure I will try them again.

I will never eat here again. The service is terrible and my order has been forgotten every time I’ve gone there for lunch. 3rd time is not a charm, my order was forgotten again…1 slice of pepperoni pizza. Had I not been in my work uniform, I would’ve made a scene. I will never give this place business. The pizza isn’t worth waiting for.

We enjoyed the new york style pizza — because it was very similar to the same kind of pizza that we feel in love with from the east coast and a new york style pizza place in the midwest. The pizza was flavorful, the crust was done right, ingredients were fresh. We ordered the Neapolitan twice with sausage and green pepper. We have ordered the garlic knots, and despite the name of the restaurant, they were tough and not flavorful like we expected.(Please don’t let this dissuade you from eating the pizza!) We received the the orders via delivery twice now: delivery was fast and food showed up hot.

The sauce is excellent and so is the crust, however everything else is bland and under seasoned. It’s unfortunate because their garlic knots themselves good, but have proved to be inconsistent. I first had the cheesy garlic knots which were incredible, which caused me to try them again despite the flavorless and canned toppings on their pizza. Unfortunately when I had the standard garlic knots on my second attempt I was very underwhelmed and the white pizza was completely flat flavor wise. I will say that most likely a standard red sauce cheese pizza is probably excellent, however there is a lot of room for improvement, especially to people who enjoy bold flavors.

Meh… Called in, got very excited because they have gluten free pizza and garlic bread. Service was good. Delivery was quick, but pizza and bread was soggy. Cheese had slid to one half of the pizza. Also, the price was super high for the quality. I ordered on Oct 14th. Not sure on the time. I also responded to the question from the company and did not get a response.

I was completely blown away by the excellent service from staff and the quality of food we received. My girlfriend and I had just had a bad experience at a restaurant close by, and walked out of that place and I suggested we go to Garlic Knot around the corner. My girlfriend hadn’t been there before, but I had, so they accommodated us just like it was our first time. Our server, Dani, was busy finishing up with a very large party and was delayed getting to us, totally understandable as I’ve been a server before, but another staff member promptly came to our table to notify us and back her up by taking our order. Excellent teamwork! We were given free garlic knots as «first timers» and a very generous portion of delectable marinara sauce. Our 5 Borough pizza came out with artichokes instead of anchovies, like we ordered, albeit with all the remaining toppings correct. Once again Dani shined by having the kitchen immediately get us a side of anchovies and even take the time to warm them up. She literally stopped in the middle of cleaning the overwhelming mess of a table from her large party to accommodate us straight away. That’s service excellence! Leaving with a full belly, leftovers, excellent service and a much improved end to what started out as a miserable night out made all the difference. I would recommend the Garlic Knot to everyone I know.
