I love the place. I think it’s a great place to make friends as an adult with no time. It’s cheap and safe. This place is worth what you pay. A great staff as well.

Not only did the company misrepresent the amneties but the apartments appeared to be quickly thrown together. Upon move-​in, there were multiple issues from cut-​outs in the ceilings, appliances not working, poorly installed flooring, crooked kitchen islands to elevator issues. Parking is by far the largest issue! The residents were told that there would be plenty of parking; however, that is not the case. You either park at CSU or a church and then have to take a shuttle to your apartment or park at a nearby neighborhood and take the long long walk to the building. Complaints to management are typically unanswered.
