Vertical Art Studio is incredible! Our designer, David, was great from the start. He was prompt, punctual, and so courteous. He really listened to our wants and needs, while being mindful of our budget. At no point did I feel like David was trying to «sell» us on anything outside of our budget, which is so rare in home improvement industries. He was immediately aware of the strengths and limitations of our space, and was very knowledgeable of what was doable therein. After our first meeting, David came back with preliminary plans and we were totally blown away! He had transformed our space into something better than we had dreamed of! He carefully explained each section of the plan and provided supplemental pictures to help us truly conceptualize the space. The plans were incredibly thorough and we feel completely confident showing them to any contractors and expecting them to do exactly as he designed. David was very open to our small revision, which made us feel like he truly cared about what we wanted. Moreover, he helped us break our plan into different phases, so that it was more financially doable. I cannot express the appreciation we have for his respect of our vision, budget, space, and time. I would, and plan to, recommend Vertical Art Studio to anyone who has a landscape project, big or small. Our experience here has been invaluable and a true pleasure.
