Toys R Us

It’s a ghost town in here. Nightmare to find a cashier, which is unfortunate because they have a great selection. The checkout is way too long.

First off they were overpriced compared to what their prices were online so I after I went to the store to make sure they had it, I went to pay online in store pick up since it was cheaper. The website said that they were out of the item and that I had to go to the store. I called the store and told her that I was there yesterday and I know they had them and I wanted a friend of mine to pick it up while I was at work. The lady had me on the phone for 5 minutes checking to make sure that they had them after I told her that I was there yesterday and they had more than five of them. She then told me the price and I said yeah it’s $ 5 cheaper online that’s why I’m trying to buy online and then pick up in store but it won’t give me that option because it says you’re out. Is there anyway I can just go ahead and buy it over the phone right now so my friend can come pick it up. She said no. was not helpful at all and I will never take my business back to Toys R Us I will make sure I go out of my way to go to Denver to get Legos or go to another hated place like Walmart or Super Target over the store. Horrible customer service which offers no options to try to work with the customer.

I’d give zero stars if I could. There were no employees to check us out. We put our 100.00 worth of toys down and left. I hope some upper management sees t his post. I called and asked to talk to a store manager. The «manager right now» said all the rights words but really could have cared less her store was losing sales.

Ok so I am writing a review about Toys R Us and its a 1 star. But I am sure I will feel better when I am done! This review is specific to just one incident. I went in (against my better judgment) to buy a squirt gun for my nephews bday. After wondering around the department looking for the super soakers I see this kid walking towards me in Toys R Us attire. I am thinking to myself, Yes! Here comes someone to help me avoid wondering this giant toy store for hours on end. So I quickly get his attention and proceed to say «excuse me, can I ask you a quick question?» His response, «No, Im sorry but I am on lunch». YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I mean I know Toys R Us prolly isnt your end all carrier choice kid but try to do your job with some integrity. This is such a bummer for me because the store isnt so bad. They have great selection, its huge, and the staff is generally nice and helpful. At the end of the day I got the dang super soaker but only after finding someone else to help me.

It has been along time since i was at a toys r us but this is still like i remember, I enjoyed playing with the toys, the cost was average somethings were under priced which was nice.

A considerable improvement from the old location! They got a great selection of video games and action figures (the primary things I look for when I go here) But they have a great selection of other things as well which I took time to observe shortly after they opened. Definitely worth a peek for your babies and older children.
