The people here are GREAT.
I used Valvoline in Memphis, TN because of the convenience, but the service here was MUCH BETTER than other locations I had visited before.
The woman talked me through everything and was very honest. They are a great team here. Fast, efficient, and affordable.
Great discounts for CSU students!
And there are always promotions online.
Free top offs in between services. I will definitely be back!

I am so sad to see the other one star review of this place. I LOVE getting my oil changed here. I have been going for years. They have always been professional and courteous and efficient. They are quick and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Super friendly and fast! They don’t try to scam you. Very convenient because you don’t have to get out of your car and the staff is super knowledgable. If there is a line they come to your vehicle and let you know how long you will be waiting. No surprises here. I highly recommend going here!

I’ve gone here twice now and both times I was taken care of promptly with wonderful customer service and care. While staying inside my car, I had staff members talking and joking with me while they took care of my vehicle and told me exactly what they thought should be done and may need done in the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing an oil change.

Worst. Worst. Worst oil change experiences EVER. Do not go here.
First time: My wife went alone to get an oil change. The staff leered at her inappropriately and mocked her intelligence, making her feel incredibly uncomfortable.
Second time: I show up and the staff ignored me and refuses to make even eye contact with me. They seemed to be avoiding work in general and were hoping I’d leave. Another costumer and I waited for at least half an hour before leaving without ever being approached my an employee.
Go to Jiffy Lube. They are great.
