They will rip you off! They wont inform the customer to drain the water and they waited till the water filled up so they can use as much time for you to pay the labor! They told us you didn’t know much about spa so all the 3hrs spent was just for changing the jet thats broken. wow! They expected us to believe that! So If u want to cost u an arm & leg go ahead and call them!
