The espresso machine is still broken. There’s not much sitting area, a few of the other waiting areas seem to spill over into the eating area. Here’s a hint people, if you’re not eating or finished eating then don’t sit there anymore. Some people like to sit while they eat. The area is a bit warm, not much air conditioning working there. How about dark curtains to help keep some of the heat from the sun out.

It took 5 mins for me to be acknowledged by the staff. They were chitchatting about their weekends. I made eye contact with one of the staff members and still no acknowledgement. The you g girl was taking out the trash and did not wash her hands. The other staff member sneezed in the direction of the muffins. The ladies in the back were cutting lettuce with their bare hands one who wiped her nose and did not wash her hands. This place is unsanitary.

The service and food was just alright here. I’m usually very pleased at Einstein bagels but this time was just okay.
