They deserve a one star for both lack of inventory and customer service. I go into Ace this afternoon looking for a specific copper pipe strap, every time I come here they never have anything in inventory or just do not carry it in the plumbing department. I asked the cashier about this specific product and her answer is oh you should be here early in the morning you do realize we’re open seven days a week I don’t care how long you’re open for I am telling you every time I come here no matter what our I come you never have The items in stock. So to everyone and anyone looking for a specific item or something in common like a pipe strap you are better off going to Home Depot or Lowe’s avoid Ace Hardware here this location you’re not going to find what you’re looking for.

I’m a bit of a Hardware Store Nerd, I admit. I love to wander around looking at things, picking up odd items that I’m reminded I need. Okay, «need» is a strong word. But who doesn’t NEED a bright red silicone spatula? Ace has differentiated itself by providing really proactive, cheerful, educated customer service, and this location is no exception. You’re greeted at the entrance by at least one staff member, and assisted as much or as little as you like. Moreover, there’s LOTS more than just typical hardware here, from fancy ice cube trays to nifty kitchen gadgets and tons more.

Always extremely helpful employees. And they always have odd parts in stock. More expensive than Home Depot or Lowes but worth every penny. Plus, they carry items you can’t find in the mega stores. They also have a lot of unique items that you wouldn’t expect from a hardware store, like rugs, glasses, candles, some toys, and much more. Check out the great Christmas decorations around the holidays, too.

I’m one of those people who prefer to fix or repair things myself, and I usually can, but not without some good advice or being able to located the materials necessary to do it. Also, since I only go to a hardware store after something has gone terribly wrong, it’s nice to find a friendly understanding face. Though I didn’t expect to find all of the above in a mall hardware store, I did. They are well stocked with just about everything and anything you might need plus knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and understanding.

Ace really came through in the clutch for me on patio furniture and a grill. Great price, cheap delivery, excellent customer service.
Are you a Vet from a Middle East campaign? You’ll be happy to know that Ace will haggle with you on price for certain items. Give them the chance to meet your expectations here. They pretty much gave me a table for free with the purchase of four chairs.
I needed an electric grill because I have an enclosed patio. The Weber Q series is the only one I’ve found worth buying, and not too many people have it. Check. No discount here, but the grill is a heavy hitter.
Expect personal treatment here as if your in a family-​owned hardware store. It’s nice and small. You’ll feel right at home.

I stopped at this Ace to get a key cut. One step in the door and I received a very friendly greeting from one of the cashiers. The person who cut my key was friendly and proficient. My first impression of this place was outstanding. The variety of non-​hardware merchandise was impressive. Since I was running late (and my wife was waiting patiently in the car) I had to scurry on, but plan to return and spend some time browsing. Before heading to a big box hardware store, give this Ace a shot, I’ll bet you will be pleased.

I went in here the other day to pick up an A/​C filter and experienced some of the best service I’ve ever had in a hardware store. This store is clean and they have a great mix of products. I will continue to support this locally owned business for all of my home improvement needs.

I’ve been here a few times to pick up random things that you get at a hardware store, but they also have all kinds of other stuff. It never seems crowded, the store is clean, location is convenient and the employees are really nice and helpful.
