Adam recently helped me get into an new apartment in downtown Fort Lauderdale. He was first class all the way! Adam always made time for me and was even patient with my indecisiveness, showing me numerous properties over a span of two weeks. He is very knowledgeable about the area and knows which buildings are a pain in the ass and which ones are more easy to work with. He knows the pros and cons of all the buildings downtown and seemed to personally know the front desk people at all of our visits. He even negotiates with the property managers and lease agents, I moved into my new apartment for half of what it would cost me without him! Thanks Adam!

Adam helped us look for corporate housing when we expanded our company into the Fort Lauderdale /​Miami market. He was able to determine our needs right away and he found us some amazing places to look at within our budget. He is highly accessible, very responsive and punctual. He is also articulate and knows the residential real estate sub-​markets in Broward County extremely well. Adam was awesome, he worked tirelessly and took time from his evenings to accommodate my work schedule. He was fun yet thorough, and kept record of all positives and negatives of each property. If you are looking for a realtor with vast knowledge of real estate in south Florida, then Adam will be your man. He will negotiate and get you the best deal. On a side note, if you like beer, Adam has tried every beer out there. Makes for great conversation while looking for the perfect place.

He took the time to negotiate and work with us to find the right place for the right price. He saw that I was road worn and tired from a cross country move and no longer had the energy to vet the places or negotiate terms. I’m going to go back to my drink, celebrating finding the right place and making all right in the world, but I couldn’t wait to let the world know he treated us right and found us what we were looking for.

Like many people, I was told at the very last minute from my previous landlord that the home I was renting was being foreclosed on, and I needed to be out — in 30 days.
Needless to say, I panicked. I immediately hopped on CL, and found some interesting listings. Adam was in touch with me immediately. This was on a Saturday afternoon. On Sunday we spoke, he got all my info and was very detailed and knowledgeable on the Fort Lauderdale area. On Monday, he showed me 3 places, and I fell in love with one — and that was it.
He made the entire process simple and easy and I highly recommend him. Plus, he’s a cool cat.

I am very much excited to write a review on Unilocal about the good service that I received from Adam. He recently helped me with the relocation to a new apartment.
It was time consuming as well as low-​efficient when I was previously searching for house/​apartments on multiple resources online by my own (e.g. Craigslist/​
etc.) The major problem of doing that is you generally aren’t able to know the property by looking to the pictures/​videos or reading the description online.
When I asked Adam to help, the situation changes completely. He is a well-​qualified Realtor that knows the property– everything you ever needed (like the area, deposit, surroundings). He did the research professionally, handed me detailed reports and showed me the properties that I am interested in. He did all of this with my perspective in mind (like would I be comfortable and happy to live in this property) Therefore, the result of my relocation is very satisfying.
Based on his excellent service as well as courtesy, I would refer Adam to anyone who would need assistance for relocation/​property dealing services/​property consulting.

Adam is hands down the best realtor I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He was extremely helpful and very friendly, and made it clear from the beginning that he was there to help me find exactly what I wanted, and that is exactly what he did. I was on a pretty tight time schedule and he made time and got me to see all the condos I was interested in, and he was very straightforward about the pros and cons. That is very helpful coming from someone who has lived here his whole life.
