These people are crooks. I chose them when I bought a car through uship and had a couple issues but they were solved. I bought another car and went through adl logistics with out using uship. The problems started right away. I purchased the car on a Friday and wired the money to the seller. I informed adl logistics the car could not be picked up till after Monday because the money would not clear till late Monday. A truck was dispatched that Friday and when I called he don’t worry about it. The weekend went by and Monday morning my phone blew up from the driver and the seller saying the truck was there to pick up the car. The driver was informed the money had no cleared and he left. I was billed $ 100 for a missed pick up and when I called adl logistics he said he would take care of it. Fast forward 3 weeks. I called adl logistics to just get a quote from Massachusetts to Tennessee and informed them I would have the buyer call them if the want the car. That night adl logistics booked a transport and took $ 150 out of my bank account. This was the beginning of April. He agreed that he should not have done that and assured me the money would be back in my account in 1 to 5 business days. That was two weeks ago. I’ve called them everyday and he assured me it will be in there anytime and the $ 100 from the other missed pick was on me. Adl logistics committed larceny on my credit card and I am pissed. I’ve never been treated like this ever. There solution for me to get my money back is to go to bank and file a complaint. That way they keep the $ 250 they stole from me and I get mine back. Do not use this shipping company unless it’s protected by uship

Possibly the worst company to ever deal with. Not only was Rodrigo rude, all he kept saying why do you keep calling me. adl is a broker and will lie to you about everything. They have the worst customer service and I’m pretty sure Rodrigo is the only one working there. If you want be jerked around and lied to call this company. 5 days and still no pick up. If they want to close the que and stop taking calls they will they don’t care this company is cruel! Bbb here we come.

I just had a vehicle trucked from Brooklyn NY to Las Vegas, NV. The vehicle was picked up as scheduled, never left the truck until arrival, and arrived in 5 days– 2 ahead of schedule!
My experience was outstanding in each chain of participants– booker, dispatcher, arrival coordinator at Eljero Trucking in LA, and especially the trucker Max. The communication from Max was consistent and outstanding. Upon arrival, the car was hard to start and he exhibited patience even though exhausted!
The price was outstanding, especially given the outstanding service. Thanks guys!
