John came out and gave me a price to install my pool light. He gave me a price and told me to call him when I was ready. In the meantime I gave my neighbor his number since he was having pool problems and John never called him back — not even to say he was too busy. I spoke with John some time later and he said he would call me back but never did. I called him a week or two later and he said he would be here Saturday at 10 am but he never showed up and has not returned my calls. It’s now Tuesday. I looked at his reviews on Google and John wrote himself a review saying how wonderful All About Pools is! I guess he didn’t realize his NAME would be listed when he pretended to be a customer. Ha! I’ll update this review if I ever hear back from him. John — call me! I really need this pool light installed for my vacation rental guests (holding my breath). You’ll see that another reviewer here had a similar experience.

My wife and I recently moved into a new house and instantly realized the pool light was full of water and just didn’t look good. I was affraid to turn on the breaker for the light. When I called and spoke to John he explained all my options for replacing the light. When John got here I knew I got the right guy for the job. He was courteous and professional and answered every question I had for him, even regarding other things about the pool that I didn’t know.
John will be hearing from me in the future and I would recommend him to anyone who has any pool needs.

We contacted All About Pools LLC about a problem with a pool pump. They came out, the very next day, looked over our total pool system and made their recommendations in a very professional manner. The needed part was ordered, delivered and installed the next day and we are very satisfied with their professional friendly service. We would recommend them to anyone in need of pool or spa maintenance or repair services.

I had, what I thought was an issue with my pool pump. I called and spoke with the owner, John Nacareto. John answered my call while waiting to take off on an airplane and promised he would call me back in 3 hours when he landed in Fort Lauderdale.
Almost exactly 3 hours later John called me back and scheduled me for first thing in the morning the next day. John ran a few minutes late, however, he called me to advise that he was running late. Thus, I wasn’t waiting around wondering.
Upon arrival John inspected my pump and discovered that the only issue I really had was a bad filter. As a pool owner novice, John easily could’ve taken advantage. Instead, he walked me through pool pump maintenance 101, explaining how my pump works and providing advice on maintenance.
John agreed to a VERY low price and replaced my filter, following up with me every step of the way.
Overall, this company is reliable, friendly, honest and priced just right. I highly recommend you call, you (and your pool), won’t regret it!!!

I recently purchased my first home which was in need of a lot of TLC. I called All About Pools to inquire about electrical, plumbing and cleaning work. John was not only prompt and professional but he went the extra mile to ensure my pool was up to code, safe and that I felt comfortable with all of the work he performed. Over two days, he drained the pool to clear debris and fix the light; bonded and grounded the pool pump, motor, cleaned the filter, upgraded all of my electrical outlets to GFI and went the extra mile to install Sea Turtles decals after having a casual conversation about them. I would recommend All About Pools to anyone!

Horrible customer service! Don’t expect a call back, and expect to be lied to again and again. If you are able to get John to actually do a job for you, his prices seem fair, but good luck getting him to come out. He told me at least 4 times «I promise I’ll be there tomorrow morning», and nothing! Not a phone call, text or email. Very unprofessional! Find someone else!
