Okay so I come here every now and then after school because my daughter is hungry and if I don’t have anything prepared or ready to prepare I’ll stop for her. Today I stopped for her and went through the drive through as usual and the drive-thru clerk asked if I would like my order for here or to go I could not help myself and burst out laughing. I have never been asked that in all my years of life in a drive thru if I wanted my order for here or to go anyway I have no complaints about this Arbys their drive thru is pretty quick there attendants are always nice and are older always seems to be correct compared to other fast food places

Their beef and cheddar was fresh. It’s been years since I had Arby’s but last week I decided to cheat and have some. I recall there being more beef in it before. Oh well. The drive-thru girl had no personality and basically ignored me when I said hello and thank you. The service was slow. Oh well at least the curly fries were delicious. I won’t be going back. It’s not worth my cheat meal.

I know four stars is a lot to give a fast food place, but this was a good Arby’s experience. I walked in around noon on a Friday and was immediately greeted by a very friendly woman at the register. I placed my order for a turkey wrap and she was happy to make adjustments to it(I wanted mayo instead of ranch dressing) and then suggested that I upgrade to a combo since it was a better deal. I probably didn’t need the fries, but I saw that they had lemonade so I decided to do fries and a drink. They even took my name with my order, so it felt even friendlier. I was provided with a cup that I filled at the self serve drink station. I really appreciate self serve drink stations because I find any sort of juices to be too sweet so I like to do half juice half water, and I just feel too high maintenance explaining that to the employees so I usually just order water, but I could make it the way I wanted here. As I was filling my drink I also noticed they had quite an extensive sauce bar, at least quite a few more options than I realized Arby’s had. There was of course ketchup but also bbq sauce, horseradish sauce, honey dijon, and an Arby’s signature sauce. At this point my order was ready, they called my name, asked if I would like any sauces to go, and wished me a nice day. As far as the food goes, it’s Arby’s, I think people generally know what to expect. The turkey wrap was good and very large, a good value for the price and I would get it again. Overall I just really appreciated how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The restaurant was also very well kept and new looking, so for fast food, I was very pleased.
