I wish I could give no stars. This place is so ridiculous. Such a dead store. I sit here to get my upgrade and this woman is so freaking rude. Absolutely no intention of helping me. What freaking ridiculous customer service. Worst experience with att so far. Can’t believe they allow this. I’ve been with these guys for 6 years and this is how they treat their customers.

I would rate this store less then 1 if I could. I went 8 day prior to upgrade date. I called the Att and was told I could upgrade. I then called the store and was told I could upgrade. After taking the trip I was informed by the manager that I could not upgrade. I then placed an order over the phone and it was mysteriously cancelled by a store location the next day. Hmmm. Well I will be ordering my phone from best buy. Terrible service at this store.

Wow. All I have to say after receiving my first bill and it being 120 more than we discussed in store. What really gets me is how they upsell you on additional crap at no extra cost. Train your reps and store managers a little better pleasr at&t.

I purchased an iPhone 6 and asked that my plan stay the same. The employee added additional options I did not ask for not request. Typical slamming practice where the store hopes you will not notice the add ons. I noticed two days later when I got an email from a third party vendor congratulating me on my new add on service. I went to the store and spoke to the manager«Adam» who was not available when I first came in but after fifteen minutes he appears from the back after hearing laughter in the back. I was already on the phone with Att corporate complaining. The manager blew it off and said he’s never seen this happen before. He said they don’t make any money off this. I find that hard to believe they offer items they don’t profit off of. I then asked why I got a text to do a survey on the employee who did the transaction but the survey text never came thru. The manager again stated he’s never seen this before either. He said he’s been there two years. Very odd and sneaky. I would not Goto this store if you do check to make sure they don’t secretly add things to your contract/bill. The manager refused to even address this issue and refused to acknowledge that at the least they need to retrain their employees. This leads me to believe that it’s part of a bigger scam pulled off on more customers than people realize. I recommend reporting them to the Florida division of consumer services.

I own an iPhone 5 and bought a car charger at this location about 3 weeks before this review. I was told by an employe that i had 1 year to exchange and if anything was wrong bring it back with no questions asked. So i walk in to exchage it on my lunch break because it is no logner working and find out i need my drivers license to exchange it. I inform the women helping me i lost my drivers license and can verify everything on my account. Again just looking to exchage it and not add a new phone or anything. She tells me to leave because she cant help me at all. I ask for a manager to help me and he says there is nothing i can do with out a drivers license and there new iPad system. I pull out a knot of money 2k and everything changes the manager can know can help me. So i say i can buy a new car charger and then return it cant i? The employe says no you cant ! The manager says well if he walks out of the store and walks back in then he can exchange it. So i have to repurchase the car charger walk outside and walk back in to return it. I wont BEGOINGBACKTOAT&T anytime soon, very poor customer service policy.
