Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine, Clinic II

This is a review that has been percolating for a while in my head as I have been going to the ATOM Clinic II for almost a year now and have received a lot of help from it. This clinic has some association with the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine (they call it their Clinic II). However, it is staffed by a variety of fully certified professional acupuncturists (I assume people who graduated from the school or teach at the school). There are different acupuncturists depending on the day, but I see Peter Chang on Saturdays.
This is somewhat of a low budget operation. However, I like that. I don’t like when the treatments get spa like (and so does the associated dollar sign). I go to acupuncture as regular medical treatment so I can’t afford inflated prices. This clinic offers such an affordable package option, I am able to go somewhat regularly.
I haven’t seen any of the other acupuncturists. However, Peter Chang has helped me a lot with some chronic health issues (that don’t respond well to mainstream medical treatment). I would highly recommend him.
