Brett helped me find a rental when I moved to Fort Lauderdale in this past Spring. He was great in listening to my list of stuff, asking some clarifying questions and then keeping contact with me as we set up the calendar. He knows this market very well and I liked each unit — each satisfied and even exceeded what I was looking for. Brett is friendly, confident and a great guy to work with on finding a new home. I wanted a place I would be happy to come home to each day and I got that. I’ll definitely be working with Brett when I look to buy a home next year

I hope they treat you, new home buyer, better than they treated me. I was drawn to one of their properties they advertised as having a new roof, only 3 years old. Newer A/​C only 6 years old. After I paid $ 450 for an inspection, the reality is that the roof is actually18.3 years old and the A/​C is 14 years old. I could not have possibly gotten insurance on the home because of the age of the roof and the A/​C is certainly on it’s last leg too. I wasted $ 450 on an inspection based on the garbage they advertised. In my estimate, it is a gross negligence and misrepresentation of a property listing. Their info is given to the best of their knowledge so If that is the best they can do, then all they want is your money. They are not willing to work for you. All they had to do was verify the information they were posting with the county permit office. I am a 100% disabled veteran and this is the garbage I have to deal with. Please take your business elsewhere and save yourself some time and money.
