Dr. Sonya McKinsey and her co workers are very irresponseable. sent me home with a antibiotics n called to change n never cared less. I will never go to them again. cuz I had a reaction to the medicine. couldn’t swollow. Vomiting.coughing. and she never came to see me when addmited. she not a good Dr.

Dr. Fernando Narvaez has been treating my husband for four years. Truth be told, I never go to the doctor. Never sick, so no need for me to go. Hubby forced me to finally go and get a full physical.
When we arrived the office staff was so professional and friendly. Of course being a new patient, had to fill out 30 minutes of paperwork. They call me in right away, OK. good sign, not a long wait. The nurse does the typical, blood pressure, weight check. Ans she was laughing, smiling, you could just tell she loved her job and made you feel so comfortable.
So, we sat in the tiny but nice room for well at least one hour. I am ready to scream and walk out. Being in a room that small as hubby fell asleep in the chair, I wanted to pull my hair out. Plus, I am not a very patient person. Hubby kept telling me that it would be worth the wait.
Dr. Narvaez finally comes in with a big smile and introduces himself. «Oh you finally got your wife in» ha
He spent at least thirty minutes speaking to me about my health and family medical conditions. It was like he was writting a book. Then he proceeded to give me a full exam. He was professional, soft spoken and very detailed.
He wrote some orders for a few test, gave me some prescriptions and told me what was wrong with my knee. I was thrilled that I finally knew what it was. He made me feel so comfortable and he took his time explaining everything to me. I have never been to a doctor that truly cared as much as he did. He spent well over one and a half hour with me. What?
Hubby was right, well worth the wait, to get such attention from a caring doctor. He makes you feel that you are the most important patient. And as much as I dislike waiting, it was so worth it. So glad to have found him.
Great manners and his entire staff were awesome.
