The delivery guy was very rude. He showed up at the door took my card and then asked if I would be leaving a tip. I told him that the owner had already taken out a delivery fee. He then told me that he already knew that I would not give him a tip because of my name. When he saw my name he knew I would not be given a tip. I said excuse me is that a racist comment. He said take it however the f*** you want I said excuse me he then became confrontational. I snatched my back from him and I called restaurant. the owner either I didn’t understand her or she didn’t understand me because that conversation went nowhere. It’s sad because they have good food even though they charge me almost $ 13 for boneless ribs and fried rice I still would have given him a tip if he didn’t question me then say the foolishness he did. I rate them 0 if I could. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Really like this place. They have always been very curtious and have a better quality than other «copy and paste» locations. I would recomend it for carry out or delivery, but its not a dine in location. Mei Fun is gluten free!

Want fast Chinese come here I’ve picked up and I’ve had it delivered there always fast and the food is good! Plus if you grad a menu the have free egg roll if you spend $ 15 or more I believe there’s other coupons as well! The staff is always pleasant!

Ordered sweet & sour chicken to my hotel room. It wasn’t like I was expecting much. And I’m not typically a big poster about food, etc. here. But… Really? It was like a fish and chips batter (99% batter) for the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was so chewy and the fried rice was… Interesting. My wontons at home are a far more authentic then the ones I received here. I’m posting mostly hoping that the owners will step it up and do a better job. Definitely not trying to keep people from making their own decisions about this place, but at this point I would not recommend it!

I love this place always open when I’m hungry… Great fried rice and best crab Rangoon’s in town. On line ordering quick an easy. I can also walk or have it delivered

We’ve ordered take-​out here on a couple of occasions and haven’t had any problems. The food is decent and better-​priced than other chinese establishments in the area. Some people have commented on how their customer service was awful, but we’ve never had a problem.

Hungry Hungry Hungry! It was a long day, my roomie and I wanted some comfort food, so why not order Chinese food right? Ugh, so wrong! We called in for delivery and then he asked us for our address, he said they didnt deliver our way. Then why would our hotel have a HUGE stack of menus down stairs?? He apologized and said they did deliver to our hotel… liar
WORSE customer service exerperience ever! I gave a 2 because the driver was a nice guy and the food came 20 minutes earlier. The guy that took our order, besides having a hard time understanding time, he was very short and kept trying to end our order before we were finished. What really set us off was that we asked him if the fried rice had green peas in it… he said no and low and behold there were green peas in the fried rice… its a big deal because we would have ordered something else since our friend is basically deathly allergic to peas. Sadly enough she could not eat the rice.
I have had better Chinese food, the egg rolls were dry, very skimmpy with the shrimp in the shrimp with snow peas and mushrooms. The sweet and sour sauce was very plain too. Thank goodness we were like hungry hippos… there is better chinese food out with way better customer service… not going back no matter how hungry we are!

Worst place to order. They are SO rude and always arrive 2 hours later. When you call asking where your food is they make up a different excuse every time. They said I cancelled my order was one of the excuses when I didn’t and they came 2 hours later when they’re only 4mins away. I told I wouldn’t pay and the guy called me a c**t. Do not order from them.

One star is too many, but they don’t allow no stars … The two times I ordered for here it took in excess of an hour to receive my food. I would NOT recommend ordering from these people.

Rudest ownership, delivery and service. If you like being disrespected while waiting nearly 2 hours for delivery. You’ll really enjoy this place.
My guess is that they don’t actually make the food here and they have to pick your food up from another location before eventually making it to you.
The man who took our order over the phone yells and you if he gets frustrated after you have to repeat your phone number to him more than 3 times because he cannot hear. Why answer the phones? Also after he gets upset, he hangs up and then tries to play off that he doesn’t remember you. Rude, rude, rude. I couldn’t wish them luck, because I couldn’t care less about their success. People in the service industry like that should go under as fast as their attitudes.
Food is terrible and swimming in grease.

Their delivery times are prompt, food is good, and customer service is spectacular. Second time I ordered here, there was a misunderstanding about one of the dishes (chow mein vs Lo mein) and they offered to send a replacement free of charge.

Ordered by they have free delivery although it wasn’t really worth it… Chinese food is hit or miss depending on the style you are use to at home, no one here was impressed. We ordered the family meal and you get a ton of food, chicken wings, egg rolls, fried rice and 3 entrees. Beef broccoli had one broccoli and a bunch of other veggies, not a big fan of the lomen noodles but the fried rice was good. Don’t get the wontons or the crab Rangoon unless you have teeth of steel! I would suggest skipping to the next delivery place.

Avoid this place just got Chinese here very dry and messed up the order for my buddy took forever for early on a Saturday
We ordered general taos and chicken broccoli neither of which were good. really dry.

I’ve never found chicken and broccoli anywhere in the country that didn’t come with some kind of brown sauce, or at least some flavor. This was steamed chicken, and steamed broccoli with some kind of sauce that vividly resembled penile excretion.
Not only this, but they screwed up the order. «Fried Rice» sounds nothing like «White Rice» when enunciated properly.
The crab Rangoon was pathetic… nowhere remotely close to crispy considering it’s some form of fried, and the hot and sour soup was marginally passable, though the only part of the meal that was somewhat enjoyable.
In summary: I feel the need to lick my own butt to get the bad taste out of my mouth.

Placed an order online. Food came about 30 minutes later. I gave the driver a 40% tip and closed the door to my hotel room. As I unpacked my soup and noodles, I quickly realized there wasn’t any silverware or napkins. I instantly called the driver thinking I could catch him before he pulled away. He said sorry and he would bring me some. 30 minutes later… nothing. Now my food is cold and I’m not happy. I called the store and the person who answered could only babble on about traffic and online ordering not being the best for him.
Give your money to a restaurant that cares, not one that lies and makes excuses. I’d rate the food but it’s in the trash.

I am a HUGE Chinese food junkie. So far, I haven’t been able to find a place that I like. China Panda is close to my place so that’s why I get food from here. I think that their service could improve by them being a bit more patient when taking orders over the phone, a simple «this is your total» or maybe giving the time that the order will take to be ready can help their customer service. Also, having to wait for them to get off the phone before they acknowledge you… not so good on customer service either. The food is ok, I’ve had better for sure.

I judge all Chinese by their Hot and Sour Soup. It may not be fair, or even really accurate, but it is what it is, and that’s all. So, their soup is ok. Lots of veggie, very little meat, broth was thin, and spiciness was satisfactory. It wasn’t spectacular, but it wasn’t disgusting either, worthy of 3 stars.
Now, I am of the mindset that it is impossible to screw up Moo Shu. (Ok, not impossible, it has been done, but even the worst place, usually has an ok Moo Shu). Well, I was right. The Moo Shu was good and so were the pancakes and plum sauce. Although, no restaurant EVER gives you enough pancakes — so irritating…
The pan fried dumplings were the best part of the meal. Very well-​seasoned. And the sauce was good too.
The worst part, was definitely the delivery process. It took an hour and everything was luke warm. I was so famished and weak that when the delivery guy came I gave him $ 30, the bill was $ 25 (and he walked away saying «we’re good right.?») I just let him. Normally I would tip $ 5 no problem (maybe even more), but with that wait I normally would have at least asked for a buck back! He didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the wait whatsoever. That was annoying.

Excellent choice for Chinese delivery. We’ve been ordering from here for years. I don’t know whether dining in is an option, but I’d much prefer to have it delivered from this particular place. Super cheap, very fast delivery. Food is actually quite good — it’s in kind of a dicey spot, so I wasn’t sure just from driving by, but the food is delicious. Chicken is tender, veggies are crisp, brown rice is perfect, flavor is very good.

The closest place and they deliver! Yeah!

Fist time ordering from here and I must say they are fast food is great try the chicken and cherry sauce.
