To start off, I have never written a negative view in my life. However, the manager here is extremely disrespectful. I purchased a milk at this location and after arriving home I noticed that it was leaking, but could not ascertain the source of the leak. So, I returned to the CVS and politely asked if I could exchange it. The manager decided to yell at me and accuse me of damaging it, and demanded that I grab a new one and then leave. Because I am non-confrontational by nature, I decided to simply ignore him and take a new milk. As I was leaving, in front of a line of customers he again shouted that I «leave and never come back!» I felt angered and humiliated, especially since I had done nothing wrong. I turned around and confronted him, and told him that I did not appreciate his rudeness and accusations. He simply repeated, «just leave!» I have never been treated this way by any retail employee or employer in my life, and whether he was simply having a bad day or not, I would never act this way towards anyone, stranger or not. If he had acted this way towards anyone with violent tendencies, he surely would have triggered a physical altercation. This sort of hostile environment is not want to I want to deal with when I am shopping, and I sincerely hope that his behavior here is not normal.

In typical CVS fashion, the pharmacy is under staffed. The poor pharmacist was answering the phones while the tech was helping all of their customers. They BOTH went above and beyond to help every customer! I had to transfer Rx’s from a different state for a whole family and they were diligent and had everything done within a few days. They had to order some of the meds and then followed up with a call to let me know they were in. Never have I ever received better service at a pharmacy! Thank you and we will be back to refill.

Minute Clinic 0n 12÷10÷14. Decided to check out the Minute Clinic for post drip and sore throat. I checked the hours of operation. Open til 7:30PM. I arrived at 7:12 and there was a red CLSED sign on the door. I walked over to the pharmacy and asked about the clinic hours. The pharmacist says, «they close 15 minutes before closing time»…WHAAAAAAATTTT? I asked for the manager. As I was«expressing» myself to the store manager, the young blonde bimbo nurse walks out to let me know she is with a patient and if no one is waiting at 7:15 they close the clinic… OK…But why was it closed before then? Per their policy, I dragged myself off the couch, into my car, and to the clinic. Made it there in time per their policy and they were already closed. Fact is Blondie had something more pressing to do and wanted out of there ASAP. So much for being a HEALTHCAREPROVIDER!!! IT“S JUST A JOB for Barbie in her white coat!

Holy cow this place is huge! They sell just about everything you need 24 hours a day.(Except 12 packs of diet Mountain Dew and 1% milk) they alway seem to be out of it. Some products seem overpriced but I receive online 20% off coupons constantly.

I generally do not like the big box chain drug or pharmacy stores, but with the big boys now gaining exclusive monopolistic controls over the drug markets and the independents all drying up, one seems to have little choice in the matter. Of the big box pharmacy stores, though I’m loath to rate any of them with Four Stars and somewhat embarrassed to admit being a fan of any of them, this one, being the best of the bunch gets my Four Stars. Located in what was formerly a drop dead wonderful spot off Sunrise on the water’s edge of the Middle River in what was formerly a new two story Borders Book Store, it’s huge and has more than enough floor space to carry within it every single item CVS may handle. It’s also clean, and though overly stocked, orderly with a friendly accommodating staff. Another nice feature of this store is that it contains a CVS«MinuteClinic» to handle such minor things as splinter removals, sunburns, flu-like symtoms, strep throat, minor wounds, abrazions, ear wax removal, blood pressure screenings, all sorts of vaccinations as well as a host of other such matters which can be a invaluable plus for the tourist or traveler in need of immediate minor medical assistance. The best part is that it is open 24 hours, has a huge parking area with larger sized parking spaces than most and if you walk around it, delightful views of the ships and boats docked on the other side of the Middle River. As far as site locations go, this CVS occupies one that I would consider to be prime, far better than any other CVS or Walgreens location.

Put it this way. I live less than a quarter mile away from this CVS but choose to drive 2 miles away to a Walgreens instead. It’s so small and cramped and they never have what you need. When I walk down an isle I feel like the shelves are going to collapse on me like a row of dominos. It’s so CLUTTERED in this CVS that I feel like I’m in an episode of hoarders when trying to buy some Tylenol and toothpaste. I feel so bad I want to help them out and call 1.800.GOT.JUNK … Well off to Walgreens it is

A very dense CVS with narrow aisles. As Sal points out, it’s right close to the beach and so they have a bigger focus on satisfying the tourists with more sun lotion and beach items. I still managed to find what I needed and at a reasonable price.

This is a mini-CVS that is all about pleasing the beach crowd and tourists. They don’t have a lot of the inventory that many other CVS stores carry, but if you are on vacation or heading to the beach they will have the knick-knacks and forgotten items you are looking for. The associates are always quite helpful.
