I’ve been here several times hoping it’ll be different each time but unfortunately I leave each time wondering why I came in the first place. This company places zero importance on customer service. Today though… they really took it to another limit. I walked in at about 10 til 6pm, I was the only customer in the store. I was not greeted for about 8 minutes since the gentleman was on the phone speaking to who appeared to sound like a family member or close friend due to his tone. There was no smile, no smirk, no finger in the air as in, «give me a minute,» not one shred of acknowledgement. The other employee appeared to be counting inventory, I can’t be sure because his back remained facing me. When I finally asked if somebody could help me, without turning around, the faceless guy directed me with a motion of his head to the guy on the phone. He seemed annoyed when I looked over at him and asked if they had a part. His response was, «no we don’t have it and we have to close the store now.» I tried to remain lighthearted and said«wow, you really have to get out of here quick huh?» He replied, «Well we’ve been here since 6.» Since he refused to help me or offer any advice, I began sifting through a container myself and found exactly what I asked for. I pointed it out to him and his response was, «I didn’t know they were there but if you are going to buy it, you need to do it now because I have to go.» I put the item down and left. I try my hardest to support local businesses even if it means paying a little more, but these guys make it easy to visit Home Depot instead.
