DBE, you just lost a customer. I have used them on two occasions — for my house and my office bldg. Yet I call there today and they have no idea who I am, my account, number, or any information about my properties. DBE sold me that they have a warranty which can be renewed annually, which I did for at least 6 years, then they stopped sending the renewal notice. So I call today and of course the property is out of warranty. According to the woman on the phone, its my fault. Woman was rude, uncooperative, and without any knowledge of my accounts. I have already called another company and will never use DBE again. Buyer beware of their fraudulent warranty.

What a crew! Quick, efficient, no damage to the house by their crew. Every individual I dealt with treated me with respect and listened to what I had to say. From the foreman to the individuals on his crew. DBE has it down! I highly recommend using their services. A note of advice not related to DBE, always keep a watchful eye on your home when it is under the tent. Consider a guard, or notify the police it will be tented. Thieves can take advantage of this and cut the tent and get in. Not smart, but it happens!!!
