The one positive thing I will say is that the technician I had years ago, Claudia, was absolutely wonderful. I bought a Groupon over 3 years ago around when they first opened. I went to 3 or 4 sessions and was extremely happy with the service from Claudia. However, I had to move out of the state for work and was not able to finish out my sessions from the package. When I saw that they were advertising another Groupon for laser hair removal, I jumped on it. I called and spoke with a Vanessa to make sure I could use it and she assured me I could. So, I bought it. I tried to make an appointment online but their website displays appointments that are not even valid so I called to make an appointment. After much confusion about what times were actually available vs. what it says online, I was asked for my Groupon voucher code and my appointment was confirmed for the following week. I had a missed call from this spa the next evening saying there is a problem and to call them back. I called and spoke with a Cassandra, I think(I honestly can’t remember if that was her name or not because I was so frustrated at this point). She proceeded to tell me that I was a customer 3 years ago and that I used a Groupon then and never finished the sessions and therefore they will not honor my new Groupon. I explained my situation and how I had to move and was never able to experience whether laser worked well for me before I decided to buy more sessions at full price. She then mentioned that the business does not make any money via Groupon and it’s just used to bring potential customers to the spa and I cannot expect to pay this discounted price every time. I explained further that I had no problem eventually paying whatever the cost to continue my sessions if I liked the results and that I called to check if they would accept my Groupon and was told yes by another employee… This receptionist kept insinuating to me that I did not understand what she was trying to tell me and I was being«cheap» and that I should just call Groupon and get a refund because she cannot help me or wants my business. I decided to mention that their fine print only states that this is not valid for customers who have been serviced within the last 12 months. I strongly suggested that next time they should clarify with Groupon their specific rules before advertising and even more so, before telling your customers that it will be accepted. Find another place to go. This place is NOT worth your time.

Horrible. I made an appointment online the night before. Went to my appointment the next morning and no one was there but the receptionist. She was surprised that I had an appointment, called the owner, and told me that the appointment was cancelled because I made the appointment late the night before and no one was available on Saturday. I was supposed to get a cancellation email. Never got it. I made sure to point out that the spa charges $ 20 for appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours, yet the spa cancelled on me AFTER I got there. Worst off all, they never offered any type of discount or free future service for my inconvenience. Well not be returning. And I suggest that if they try to charge you for cancelling last minute, you bring up this story and refuse to pay.

My husband and I both go to the Deluxe Center and Spa. I cannot say enough about how friendly the ladies are. Everyone is very professional, and the spa is very clean, and you will instantly be relaxed by the vibe. The colors of the spa are very easy on the eyes. They have great products, and they have promotions that are awesome!!! Claudia is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and she makes you feel comfortable getting lasered in areas that could make someone uncomfortable. When you first walk in you will be greeted with a smile. The soft background tropical/Brazilian music is so relaxing. Met Aarion, the owner of the spa. He was extremely nice, and took a moment to come out of the office to say hi. Moving from Boston where there are some amazing spa’s; I am so happy that we found the Deluxe Center and Spa. I tried a couple of other spa’s, but they don’t compare to this spa! If you have not tried the Deluxe Center and Spa, take advantage of one of their great promotions!

I treated my mom to the newer and ever so popular HydraFacial as a Mother’s Day gift. Upon entry the receptionist was super friendly and welcoming by offering us something to drink. Of course, being in a spa I chose bottled water. It was refreshing and cold. My mom throughly enjoy her facial and said that the esthetician was pleasant. When booking the facial I added on the anti-aging treatment as well, which you can see all of your impurities once it’s over. That’s definitely a tactic to keep one coming back so your face can remain free of them, because once you see them I believe you’re somewhat traumatized. My mom’s skin looks fresh and is glowing. I will be making myself an appointment soon. Other notes: — Closed on Sundays. — Parking is free in the garage in the back of the complex that’s shared with the condos. — There’s a Jamba Juice a few doors down.

Don’t believe the hype! This is a long review, but take the time to read it. Do not waste your money or time on this place!!! My friend and I bought a Groupon for $ 85 for Package with Two Spa Services, $ 30 Gift Card, and One Mimosa. My friend called and confirmed twice that we could use the $ 30 gift card the same day towards a third service and we would pay the difference between the gift card and service cost. We chose to each get a massage, a body scrub, and a facial. First let me say my expectations were not high, I figured it was a ‘no frills’ type of place and wasn’t expecting a Fountainbleu environment. Upon arrival we specified that we were using a Groupon and mentioned we were using the $ 30 gift card towards our third service(facial). They gave us forms to fill out and we sat down. No one offered us a mimosa. Suddenly a woman came up and flat out told us in a rude tone that we absolutely could NOT use our gift card towards a third service and they would not honor it. I could understand if there was a mixup, but at at least greet me with some kind of respect or pleasantry. Immediately I asked for her boss. She advised me the boss was out of town. I told her to call him. She called and left a voicemail. My friend and I were in shock at this woman’s attitude and were about to leave when another girl came to the front and told us that they would in fact honor the gift card for the third service. By this point we were so shaken up by the rudeness of the first woman we certainly weren’t on the right foot to start a relaxing spa day! We decided to toss the mishap aside and go enjoy our massage, scrub, and facial. as long as we didn’t have to deal with the rude woman during the rest of the day. Worst decision ever! What happened over the next hour and 20mins was horrible. They put us in a room together, without asking if that’s what we wanted, but we went with it. I got the scrub first. It was ok. There was no pressure applied and I immediately started breaking out into a rash on my chest. During the scrub the room door opened/closed at least 3 times, employees coming and going. I could also repeatedly hear the bathroom door down the hall loudly close. There is NO soundproofing in this establishment. You hear EVERYTHING. Employees talking, people using a microwave in the breakroom, people talking in the lobby, etc. All of this, WITH music playing in the room. Not relaxing. Eventually I was left on the table without being advised if I was finished or what I was supposed to do. After 15 minutes of us just laying there the women returned and changed the sheets of the tables and we switched. I begged the universe to let the massage be good, but alas, the universe was not in our favor that day. The woman literally shoved me all along the side of my body from my shoulder to my ankle. Shoulder, shove. Top of arm, shove. Lower arm, shove. Hip, shove. Thigh, shove. Calf, shove. Ankle, shove. This took place SEVERAL times during the ‘massage’. She also loved the lotion because she’d reapply lotion to her hand every few seconds. There would never be more then 1 minute of massage time without her stopping and adding more lotion. Then at one point she was lightly dragging her fingertips through my hair and I realized she was only using one hand and I could tell she was distracted. Sure enough my masseuse was giving herself her own stretch and massage on her head and neck while ‘massaging’ my head with one hand! During this disaster of a massage other employees were opening and closing the door 5 – 6 times and even at one point leaving the door wide open for other patrons walking by to be able to see us. Very disruptive and unprofessional. By the time my massage was done I was so livid I decided I was not willing to invest any more of my money in this company and would skip the third service, the facial. Low and behold, they had already pulled out and set up the steam machines for the facials without even LOOKING at our skin yet. My skin is not suitable for steam what so over!!! I knew then I made the right decision to bail. My friend and I left without taking the $ 30 gift cards, we told them we would not be back. We even nicely tipped the women who worked on us and we left. After we left we realized that technically we should have still been inside finishing our second service! They didn’t even give us the full time allotted! We were furious.
We called Groupon and demanded our money back and let them know the type of company that they were doing business with. Groupon was shocked at the poor service from Deluxe Center and Spa and gladly refunded us.

I bought a deal on amazon local for IPL face treatment for $ 49. I wish I had bought the package of three! Had I known the place was so clean and service so good I definitely would have. The girl who did my service was excellent and really took her time. She didn’t try to sell me anything else which was great but i wish there was someone there who could have told me about the other services and perhaps specials available. I definitely would have liked to understand their other services and would have happily booked again if they took the time and offered me some type of special. After all, I went there because of a deal, so chances are I’m a person who likes a deal. I will definitely go back… and would love to try the facials. Maybe next time!
