I’m now paying $ 111.47 for two TVs and no movie stations, everytime you sneeze they are raising your monthly bill, I’ve never had a cable company do this, I really don’t think they care about their customers, it’s very frustrating. Two years ago it was $ 64 a month.

DISAPPOINTEDCUSTOMER After approximately two months of dissatisfied cable television service with DirectTV, I decided to return to AT&T UVerse. Only to be told now by DirectTV that I owe $ 440.00 for early termination because I broke a two year contract. They are now threatening to withdraw $ 440.00 from my bank account even without my authorization and in-spite of my several pleas. Is this fair? What justification does DirectTV have for demanding twenty dollars per month for the next twenty-two months of lousy service not received? I have been a customer of AT&T for more than thirteen years. My services include three cell phones, home phone, Internet and cable television. Up until September 8th, 2015 when I had called AT&T to discuss my bill, I was offered a cheaper cable plan. I was told by the AT&T sales person that the offer was from their now«added family» DirectTV. For the next two months I was billed by AT&T for all my services, including my cable television service. My dissatisfaction with my cable television service came with the constant disruptions from presumably, heavy winds and thunderstorms normally experienced in Florida. So, on 10÷27÷15 I called AT&T to complain about my TV service. I was then re-offered a similar but cheaper U-Verse service without any mention of a penalty. Well of-course, I thought, I’m still with AT&T. Imagine the salesperson never even mentioned what is the procedure for returning my DirectTV receivers. So after calling AT&T, I was transferred to DirectTV. At this point AT&T refused to acknowledge any relation with DirectTV. I’m kindly requesting a waiver of this $ 440.00 fee, please.

There was an update a few weeks ago and they took away the feature to browse shows by channel. I called to complain and was told that I can pay a cancelation fee and leave but it’s the way it is now. They only list pay per view movies at 1st. You can no longer browse HBO, Showtime, Fox… etc to see what’s available. I didn’t sign up for this and they don’t care because I have a contract.

We were double billed for the NFL ticket and they will not issue us a refund. Horrible customer service especially since this was their error! How is it ok to double bill and not refund the customers money. BEWARE Dirctv are THIEVES!!! I will be escalating this issue.

I’ve had direct tv for 4 weeks now, after having comcast for 20 yrs. Was Adelphia first in west boca. So far its great service and they hooked everytning up on time and with no problems. Much better service than comcast who was an ongoing nightmare. The bill was different every month. I hope this continues. My only complaint is ha ing to use AT and T internet with direct tv. I actually hate them the most. Four years of lies at work. Again, the bill is never the same and always higher. Wish I had more options for internet.

Once again I try to order a movie and once again FAIL. This service is so bad it’s criminal but the other choice(Comcast) is so bad it’s not worth changing.
