I brought a cracked iPhone 6 into just get a phone screen repair and Justin the technician helped me with a discounted Price because I’ve been a customer for years for Dr. phone fix. I also took my surface tablet in to be repaired and he fix that also. Both had glitches and needed to be brought back, but Justin was super cool about it and help me and now both of my electronics are working perfectly. If you need a screen repaired go to Justin at the headquarters!

Had my phone fixed here for a great price and the price was much cheaper than the smaller franchise on las olas! Would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone that needs a screen repair.

My Asus Nexus 7 tablet stopped charging and I called for a price to replace the charge port. Justin was very helpful and gave me a reasonable price to replace the port, but didn’t have the part in stock and needed to order it. I waited 4 days later and called to see if the tablet was ready to be picked up… Justin apologized and couldn’t give me a reasonable explanation, but told me that the order had inadvertently been misplaced and the part had not even been ordered yet. He said it would be another few days and because the HQ location was a little far for me to travel, agreed to have it sent to the Wilton Manors store for pickup. Another 4 days and the tablet was ready for pickup, according to the voicemail message, but when I called the Wilton Manors store, they knew nothing about the tablet and didn’t have it. Customer service at the 4^th Ave. location sucks big time, in spite of the fact that the personnel are all very friendly. If you need your equipment in a timely manner, think twice about using Dr. Phone Fix.
