I have never used Unilocal before but felt the need to join to sing the praises of Dry Clean USA. I had a special event dress and was from out of town. The dress basically was a ball of material, you couldn’t even tell what or where to press. I called first, long distance, to make sure they could do it and do it fast. I was given the managers name to see when I arrived, I was late he wasn’t available. Even though he wasn’t there when I arrived I was taken care of and made to feel confident they would do their best.. Personalized service and even finished it faster than expected just incase I didn’t like something there would be time to repress it. It was taken care of perfectly before time and exactly how I wanted. I didn’t feel the price was out of line for what I asked for either. It just gave me one less thing to stress over in a busy wedding weekend.

Best Dry Cleaning, hands down. I’ve brought hundreds of garments over the years and everything has always come back perfect. The staff is delightful & friendly. There have been numerous times my fiancé left cash in his jacket pocket, forgets about it, and drops it off to be dry cleaned and it always comes back stapled to the hanger. It’s a pleasure to have such a great dry cleaner in Ft. Lauderdale. Everyone there is a such a delight & extremely hardworking. Yacht Stews this is the ONLY dry cleaner you should be going too!

The worst service i ever got, they are overpriced, and charging fees without letting you know about them. I’ve been charged $ 14 rush fee without knowing about it, and picking up the cloths 4 days after dropping them.
Very disappointed from the cold customer service, they rather steal couple of bucks from a customer than earning his business for the long run. Don’t go there.

I’ve been back in Fort Lauderdale for almost 2 years now and finding a good dry cleaner has been quite the feat for me. I’ve had 2 instances where I’ve had buttons broken, pants shrunk, and clothing destroyed. I can finally say I think I’ve found the company that really treats me the way a customer deserves to be treated and does all that they can to prioritize the customer and his/​her satisfaction. I will admit there was an instance where a button on a couple shirts were broken, but what is most important is that they took full responsibility and amended the situation so professionally and quickly. No longer do I have to fear my clothing being in the wrong hands. The staff at DryCleanUSA truly do all they can to make sure your clothing is taken care of the way that you requested. The fact that they deliver the clothing to you and pick it up just adds to the already fantastic service they work so hard to provide. I truly commend their efforts and would recommend them to anyone in the south Florida area. These are the people you want to support. Stay clean! Stay classy!

I live and work locally in Fort Lauderdale and have tried many of the dry cleaning options in the area and I can without a doubt say that this is the best option. The service is by far the fastest, friendliest and best price considering their quick turnover from drop off to pick up. Also, their attention to detail is excellent. Several times I have lost a button on a shirt of a jacket and they have fixed it without me even mentioning it. Last, on several occasions I have even left money in my pockets, only to be returned to me when I picked up my clothes. Needless to say, as far as dry cleaning goes this place rocks!

My sweater went in for dry cleaning and came back with a hole in it. The cashier was nasty and refused to do anything. I left 2 messages for the owner and she has yet to call me back. Will never go back!

Delivered on time, cleaning and pressing done beautifully, and the employees were very friendly.

Not worth the cost! Paid $ 68 for one week if laundry. Not a lot of clothes. Should have listened to previous comments. Wash and fold is not good fold, pretty sloppy job. Guess dry clean looks okay. Though clothes were ready on time. I probably wont go back.

They do a very good job, clothes are ready when they say it will be, overall a nice dry cleaning spot. Deducted one star simply because it is definitely a bit pricey compared to other places costing over $ 21 for 4 shirts dry cleaned. But then again, other places I have tried do a terrible job so it makes it worth the cost.

Nice service, but we did not expect such high prices. Paid $ 84.80 for 18lbs of wash and fold service next day. This is $ 4.50 per lb with a $ 4.80 Env/​Sur Charge in addition.

Quick, easy, item was ready when they said it would be, same day service or next day service available, price was good, it’s in a strip mall so parking lot right outside

I tried many other dry cleaners before I finally found this place. They do a great job, they really care about my clothes and make sure everything is done right. If something needs re-​doing it is always done with a smile and an apology. Great attitudes, great service. Thank you!
