I don’t know why people are hating on this DD so much. Every time I’ve gone, the drive thru process has been efficient and pleasant. I usually go around 7am when the traffic is crazy and the school zone slows the concrete crawl to a complete stop. Even in this busy hour, the drive thru never takes longer than maybe 3 – 5 minutes. My order is always made correctly (granted, it’s only an iced coffee and perhaps a food item). The lady I see the most is nice. Remember that being polite and having common courtesy goes a long way. The staff here probably deals with more craziness than we give them credit for in our dreary-​eyed caffeine withdrawal state.

Giving 2 stars b/​c I love the location, but that’s pretty much it. I come here frequently because I love DD and it’s close to my work. I use the drive thru, but lately it has been more of a head ache than anything. The last two times my order has been wrong and I’ve had to get out of my car to get my order corrected or get the rest of my order that was not included in the bag. I would stay in my car but the line is long. I get frustrated having to turn around to get my order how I paid for it.

I wouldn’t write a review about a dunkin donuts if I hadn’t had multiple bad experiences here. I don’t expect too much but The staff is always nasty like I’m bothering them. My order is never right, they always forget to give straws and the other day I got 2 bottoms for my bagel. If the location wasn’t so convenient trust me I’d never be back.

They seldom get your order right, and when they do, it’s still disgusting. For example, my hot latte was cold milk, and my actual cold chocolate milk was expired. On top of all that, the employees always seem to be burdened by the customers…

One of the few friendly people we’ve encountered on our south Florida trip worked at this Dunkin — she was a delight.
The food came up quickly, the store is either new or recently remodeled, and of course the donuts and muffins are to die for.
Only complaint was that the tables needed to be wiped down. 4 stars.

I give 3 stars for their willingness to find out the proper definition of adding a shot of espresso. However, this should have ready been researched as I had left my number the weekend prior. For .99 do I get a small or large shot of espresso? Awaiting an answer… we will see next visit.

Convienient location for my morning caffeine fix. Customer service needs some work, but overall fast and efficient service. Can become very busy during the morning commute rush hour thou as Broward Blvd gets backed up and there is only one exit. Took me about 8 mins to exit the parking lot.

Located on the breezy Broward Boulevard just off I-​95, this is a newer DD. They have a nice drive thru, which is good for those coming into downtown Fort Lauderdale for work.
