I had a good experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts in Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale. A big plus is that this particular location is kosher certified, so for folks like me whom this is important, I was excited to try it out since kosher Dunkin’ Donuts stores are(sadly and surprisingly) few and far between in the South Florida area. Parking: They have a nice size lot with plenty of spaces. I came here on a weekday afternoon and nearly all the spaces were free, but I imagine it gets pretty busy here during the morning breakfast rush. Store: I have been to many DD locations over the years and this is one of the larger stores, for sure. They have two seating areas; one with separate tables and chairs, and another with a long diner-style table and stools, so plenty of space is available to sit and relax. In the middle is a small counter with condiments, sugar packets, napkins, etc. The store seemed generally clean. Food: Great donuts, hot drinks, etc. I haven’t tried all of their menu items, and non-kosher consumers should beware that the menu is slightly different than regular DD stores, but you pretty much can’t go wrong with anything. Service: Not bad, but both the person who took my order and the cashier looked bored and out of it. They pretty much gave off the impression that they would rather be anywhere else but there at the moment, which I can understand at times having worked retail, but come on, show a little enthusiasm. This is the only negative thing I have to report. Overall, everything was decent and I hope to return here soon for another sweet tooth fix!

This is a great Dunkin Donuts. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh. Sometimes they get overwhelmed when there is a large order and only one person at the counter. Still, it’s clean and very convenient. I would choose this Dunkin Donuts over the others in the area.

Located on the northeast corner of Stirling and 40th just East of the gas station is the new Kosher DD. This DD used to be a frozen yogurt shop which failed. The new owner decided that becoming part of the DD franchise would be a good move. It seems as though he was right with the amount of people packed in here. It is Kosher so you won’t find actual meat only dairy. They use veggie sausage instead of meats. This place gets packed more than your usual DD because it is one of a kind, and in this neighborhood there aren’t too many kosher places that aren’t middle eastern inspired. So this DD offers a break from the usual shakshuka and hummus with pita. In terms of being a DD, they have the usual fare; there are bagels, donuts, and of course coffee.
