Echo Salon

I had an incredible experience at Echo Salon. Normally I hate getting my hair done for an abundance of reasons, which I’m sure a lot of people can understand. However this trip was different. Max did an amazing job! He has definitely gained a client for life. Max can do it all; fabulous men’s cuts, super fun and exciting hair (colors galore!), to girly beautiful bombshell hair! He will make you feel and look amazing while having a blast doing so.

I love this salon! This is my favorite salon in Fort Lauderdale. Upscale, Best customer service, best hair products (bumble and bumble, gold well, and ouidad) and the best hair stylists!

Max was amazing! I typically don’t write reviews but he went above and beyond. I kept seeing my guy friends with great new cuts and kept hearing great things from my girlfriends who were getting balayage, and keratin treatments from him. So I finally decided to give him a try.
I’m so happy with my cut. He gave an amazing consult and talked me through the process. My mother was a hairstylist for a long time so I’ve seen and know enough to recognize skill and he definitely has it. I’ve found my new stylist and will be back again soon.

I had such a great experience at Echo Salon! Max is the best!!! I have been looking for the right person to do my hair for so long and I’ve finally found him. What a God send! I had a bad cut recently and a negative experience years ago with color so I had been a bit nervous, but once I sat in his chair, I knew I was in good hands. He made me feel so at ease and so taken care of. He is a true artist with hair. I feel fabulous with my new cut and highlights and I highly recommend him to anyone. You will be in very capable hands and will come out feeling fresh and beautiful. Thank you Max! :-)

Max is the hair guru god at the salon. Always ask for Max. You get treated like your family not only by him but everyone at the salon. When you leave you get exactly what you wanted and feel better than a million dollars. I had never colored my hair but Max took it above and beyond and made it ten times better than what I ever expected. MAX MAX MAX!

I had purchased a groupon for a cut and partial highlights and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but was had a great experience. They were able to schedule me for the same day I called and Sam was awesome! She listened to everything I wanted and gave me a gorgeous short bob, which has already gotten rave reviews by my boyfriend.

I would not recommend this salon. I had Samantha, and she behaved like she knew what she was doing and didn’t pay attention to my instruction. As a result has CUT off so much hair in such an unprofessional way that I have mini ponytail that I wear everyday until my hair grows back. It truly was the worst haircut ever, a child could do a better job.

Ashley did a fantastic job. My hair is extremely soft and I love the shape. Will definitely be going back.

Chadwick gave me the best curly hair cut I’ve ever had. He was very kind and took the time to understand what I wanted and help me learn how to style my hair. Will be back every time I’m in Ft. Lauderdale vicinity.

Maximilian is the best at what he does. I get so many compliments for my short hair style and He gives me the royal treatment whenever I come in. My color is on point. I have very dark hair and the color he just put in looks natural and soft. Don’t be afraid to try something new! Max will help you keep looking fresh and hip

William is über-​creative with cut and color. He is so attentive and makes your salon experience relaxing. My hair always ends up looking and feeling so silky, and it smells scent-​sational! Here’s something you don’t see hairdressers do every day — William has a HUGE discount for teachers and educators in September. Yes, he’s a good guy and I’ll be baack!

I had never heard about this salon until I came across a groupon deal online. I had done an ombré style on my hair a year ago and the ends were so dry, I couldn’t wait to get a haircut. I really only wanted to do a haircut at first, but when I saw how good the groupon deal was for haircut and color, I was in.
I’ve had my hair colored and cut at many places, and one never knows what they’re going to get with a new salon, but after reading all the great Unilocal reviews, I was excited to try Echo out. Katie was great. She listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job with my color and cut. My hair is so much healthier now and I absolutely LOVE my color.

Came here for the first time for a dramatic haircut. I called and spoke to a receptionist so that she could set me up with a hair stylist that suited my needs. I made sure she knew I had curly, frizzy, long, thick hair and wanted to cut my hair to a long bob shape that I could wear curly and straight. She was very helpful and cordial and matched me with a curly hair specialist that was perfect for me.
Once I walked into the salon I was nicely greeted and met with my stylist, Katie. She was so informative about what she was going to cut and shape my hair in order to achieve the look I wanted. She took her time and made sure that my hair was cut perfectly when it was wet AND dry. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be coming back!

I normally hate getting any services done to my hair but William made the experience delightful and painless. Not to mention the inviting upscale atmosphere and professional staff, which just added to an overall amazing experience.

This place is a great place to get your hair done. I sent my sister here for highlights and a cut and she loved it! Adam Scott took care of her and he gave her the exact cut and highlight that she wanted. My sister and I highly recommend this establishment…

Trice did my hair and he was fantastic. Super friendly and easy to talk to, which is great because I always feel awkward getting my hair done.
Well, he was also a genius. I’ve never left a salon so happy and confident before. He was very detail oriented and the work he did on my hair was just astounding. He was patient when I asked him to cut more hair off, he gave valuable input when I asked for subtle side bangs, and my highlights are freaking beautiful!
Everyone in that salon was nice and had a positive vibe, but I’ll surely be back to Trice in the future. I highly recommend him!
