Nice event to grab some food and beer, maybe pick up some niknaks from the farmers market vendors and sit on the grass. :-)

After dark farmers market, say whatttt? Well if you live in the Flagler village area once a month they host one. It’s in Peter Feldman park(the corner of sistrunk and sw 3rd ave) on the second Friday of the month from 5pm-11pm. The festival: FREE! They have a bunch of food trucks selling every type of cuisine you can imagine. They have local farmers selling produce, local art and craft vendors, specialty food vendors, etc. The park itself has a big green grassy area and the festival places a blanket sharing basket where you can grab a blanket and chill out(I LOVETHAT) The beer: FREE! No– this is not a joke. They offer free beer for anyone of drinking age. They do ID everyone and give you a wristband. The beer line can be a little long but are you kidding me– FREEBEER? They do have a tip jar which goes back into supporting the festival(and more free beer for that matter). There really isn’t much public parking in the area it’s pretty much geared for the local residents in the walkable distance. It’s a great community event, probably the best one I’ve seen in ft lauderdale.
