Fort Lauderdale Christmas Pageant

This is one of those reviews which can be short & sweet — and at the same time there are not enough words to describe this wonderfully amazing celebration of Christmas. This show has been happening for the past 27 years. you have lots who are a regular every year and those who go for the first time and get hooked for future shows… my best friend gave me these tickets as a birthday gift and i do have to say i am very grateful. for this has been one of the nicest things i have ever received. the show (or pageant) as referred to in the name, is a collaboration of all church members from the Fort Lauder dale First Baptist Church and volunteers. no one is a professional actor, singer or performer and if you did not know this, you would say this is a very lavish and well done «Play» with everything, story telling, music and dancing. It is a generous array of Christmas music which fills you with joy, peace and hope. Its message is simple and can be understood by all no matter what your religion is. It made us cry, it made us laugh, it filled our hearts with this wonderful warm feeling of belonging. it is truly a family celebration of the true meaning of the season. i believe it runs for a few weeks. it is worth looking up and making reservations for you and your family. i find it to be a wonderful gift to share with those you love. it is divided into two Acts — First Act is all about Christmas music some sketches and plenty entertainment. Second Act — this was amazing. the life of the Lord —
