Howards Air and Cruise Ground Transportation

My wife and I have used Howard for the last 5 years to handle our airport trips and cruise line drops offs and pickups. He is a true professional no matter what time we leave or return he is reliably –there.

Inquired about service from Orlando. Got a quick personal reply. Unfortunately, was not able to accommodate travel from Orlando to Ft Lauderdale due to credential restrictions, but I was impressed with the professional service nonetheless.

I reserved two private van transfers for a group of 12 clients going on a Royal Caribbean cruise. Howard picked the group up at the pre-​cruise hotel and whisked us to the Port Everglades cruise terminal, and a week later returned the group to the Fort Lauderdale airport. I COULDN’T HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE! He was dependable, quickly responded to questions I had by phone and email, confirmed our bookings and pick up times, was where he needed to be at the promised time, and even helped three seniors on and off the van who needed additional assistance. The van was clean and the price very reasonable. The group’s luggage was in an enclosed trailer which in bad weather, would be a bonus… and THIS group had LOADS of luggage! On the return trip, two folks were caught in immigration delays so Howard took the larger group to the airport (which got them out of the hot sun), then went back to pick up the remaining two clients. What great, personal service.
I would recommend Howard to anyone who needs transfers within Fort Lauderdale!

Excellent support. Our flight to Florida was delayed over 5 hours. Howard kept our appointment and showed up to pick us up.

We used Howard’s for a party of six from Fort Lauderdale to Miami to our cruise ship (and also for the return trip). Howard and his drivers were all very courteous, prompt, and in touch by phone and text. And the price can’t be beat — we will definitely be return customers!

He arrived early after calling to confirm. He was pleasant, courteous, and very helpful with our luggage. His knowledge of the area helped us to arrive at the airport much sooner than expected during morning rush hour. We will certainly call him again.

Highly recommend Howard’s. He called a half hour before he picked us up to confirm. That was really nice because we didn’t have to worry whether or not he was coming. Arrived about 15 minutes early and was extremely pleasant to deal with especially at about 4:30 am. If you need a ride in the Ft. Lauderdale area, call Howard!

Howard’s is the best transportation — needed to shuttle my family and I to port Everglades for a cruise and he was on time, professional, and knows the best routes to avoid traffic. Highly recommend and already used again to pick us up!

Howard is the best airport shuttle service, he was early for pick up! Which was a great thing, we were able to get to the airport and relax, no rushing through gates! The whole expirience was very nice, Howard is kind, professional, we felt like we were in good hands. We will use Howard’s shuttle service for our family transportation needs. We used Howard for our ride from the airport to the hotel, then a few days later from the hotel to the ship, then from the ship to the airport. Howard was on time every time and even called ahead of time to confirm. We were also traveling with a child with Autism in a transport chair and Howard was very patient with us in getting her into the van. Thanks Howard for the great service…

Howard was our hero!!! With very short notice, Howard agreed to pick up my young adult daughter and five of her friends at Fort Lauderdale airport and drive them all the way to Port Canaveral where they were leaving on a cruise. They had been up all night and rerouted to Ft. Lauderdale instead of Orlando and were certain they were going to miss their cruise. I called Howard, whose name I found on Unilocal,and he was there waiting for them when they arrived, drove them and all their luggage comfortably, kept in close contact with me during the entire trip, and got them to the cruise ship with time to spare. He saved not only the day, but the entire vacation!

I had 3 different transfers that needed to happen with a changing number of people ranging from 12 to 18 to 20. I got other bids that were outrageously expensive and I had almost given up and was going to tell everyone we would just take separate cabs. Then I found Howards and gave him a call. He gave me a very fair rate on all 3 trips and was prompt in responding. When we arrived he was there and had everything under control for all the trips. He even had iced down water for us! I will work with Howards again when we come back for another cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale. Can’t say enough good things about his service and price.

I just got off the phone with this company, the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional in demeanor and tone. This company have a lot of good reviews for being on time… but todany let me know customer service is not one of their strong traits. I will not be using this guy.

We just finished an 8 day Carnival cruise and used Howard for the transportation from Ft lauderdale airport to our hotel in Miami before the cruise. We also had an early flight out on the return, Howard was exactly on time for both legs and handled our group of 6 adults plus 11 bags without a hitch.

Reliable, on time service. He has car seats and booster seats. No annoying banter and chit chat, to the point. Will definitely use his service each time.

Howard was very helpful and patient when picking us up at the port after our cruise vacation.

Mr. Howard was awesome! There were 6 of us in my group and we missed our flight to FLL. I called to let him know and he was very gracious, offered advice and told me to call back when we had a flight booked. He was there on time to pick us up, and was very courteous and professional.
He was also there to pick us up from the Miami port back to FLL after we returned from our cruise.
We are planning another cruise soon and I will use no one else but Mr. Howard.
You can’t go wrong, trust me!

Howard was very professional yet so humble.
I believe this is better than a regular plain ol’ taxi cab.
I am a short Filipino woman and his van was pretty high, so what Howard did was provide a step stool which was very convenient and gentleman like. He also showed up fifteen minutes prior to meet time which was at 5a.
I recommend his service and would definitely use him again when I’m in town.
