Had extensive dental work needing to be done. Got quote from dentist was required to prepay all in full even though I had dental insurance. after work completed my ins was filed by office with no assignment for payment to dentist as I had prepaid in full. I repeatedly tried to receive overpayment by my insurance company from him. He refused to refund my money to me stating I had not finished work. After three months of phone calls to office I was told I had infection and needed to come in. He would not refund my money to me. I ended up going thru my insurance and finally received my reimbursement from ins. In addition I was quoted charges for a root canal, and post that was not needed and when questioned about receiving a refund he refused. When asking to have my credit card credited he refused and came up with the excuse that I needed more work and he would apply it to them. I also was told that he would send money back to insurance company if I signed a letter stating I would not be going back for treatment. Two weeks after crowns were put in where my bridge had been adjusted for bite issues the middle tooth on the bridge was drilled so low that it fell out. I now have additional work needed due to his dental work. am still contesting credit card charge for work not performed. I normally would not write a review like this but working in the medical field myself integrity of providers is very important to me and I do not want any one else to experience what I have gone thru with this dentist. Stay away.

I was new patient. Please note that I would normally not complain like this but I want people to know of my experience. I went to him three times. The cleanings were fine but his fees are questionable. I had bad luck with a filling also. It wouldn’t stay in. When I received a huge bill for the filling, I contacted my insurance company. I was able to obtain the codes for billing. After going to another dentist, I learned that he lied about the surface levels to get more money from them and also invented charges that were not allowed. According to the insurance company and the contract they have with the dentist, he violated the negotiated amount allowed. These extra charges were not submitted to the insurance so they are unaware of his fraud. I questioned him about this. As a result, he never submitted the claim for the services he was allowed to perform, so he can’t really be caught for insurance fraud. In the end, I was able to recover some of my money by disputing my credit card charge. Obtaining the refund wasn’t easy; he played games — «the check is in the mail, «they said. Of course it never arrived. Lastly, he refused to send my records to another dentist. I am filing a formal complaint with the dental board and have already alerted the insurance company. Though I hate to talk badly about someone, please be warned!

We had been patients of this practice for years. Won’t go back. They are constantly coming up with new«fees» that are not covered by my insurance. Office is run down and old. They broke a tooth while putting in a crown and then refused to take responsibility for it and they wanted to charge me another $ 1300 on top of the $ 900 I had already paid for the crown. They wanted to take two more healthy teeth in the process to make a bridge. No way. I am seeing another dentist now to repair the damage done by this practice.
