Trust your first impressions, the moment i pulled into the crowded small plaza, I did not get the warm and fuzzies. Walking in, it was a very cramped small space. I found them on the Nova Lash website and decided to give it a go, even though her demeanor on the phone was less than stellar. I went there to get a fill for my lashes and was told I needed them removed ($ 50.00) and then a whole new set ($ 250.00). I said no way and left! I proceeded to find an amazing lash stylist in East Fort Lauderdale named Amy (also from the same website) who fixed my lashes for $ 50.00, which is what a normal fill costs. So lesson learned, trust your first impressions. Not to say this lady’s work isn’t good, but I didn’t appreciate her attitude with me and the misinformation. By saying no, I saved $ 250.00!
