Had so much fun there this last weekend. We got the Instant Gratification fishbowl to split as well as the Buffalo Shrimp and a quesadilla that were super yummy. The staff was really nice and the location was great. We got to sit right on the edge of the balcony with a nice view for people watching on the beach. Would definitely go again

Nice place, service is very friendly, good time, the only thing there drinks are not strong enough… decent price, but not strong

We need to get a control over our friend and her cravings for Lulu’s when she drinks. We always manage to get dragged over there and we don’t even like the place! We sat at a table for about 8 of us but some had to go sit at the bar. My beer’s keg needed to be retapped so I had to wait for that to come out and I didn’t order any food. Managed to get a tase of the nachos and they are sub-par and but I do really enjoy the alligator bites. The sauce is amazing and because it’s different and you can’t find them in other places on the beach. Personally, I don’t like the crazy drinks, I’ve had them a few times and they are high in sugar and cause a great headache. But I do love the novelty of them, they are always a hit.

It somehow became a tradition to come here on Halloween, so now we do it every Halloween night(and many other nights as well). I love this place. I love the ambience, I love sitting at the tables on the side overlooking the ocean, and I LOVE the fishbowls. The service has always been great and attentive. Sometimes they have a live artist/band playing. They have a spinach salad which helped me discover my love for poppyseed dressing. I have always had a great time here. Way better than anything else at beach place.

The WORST turkey burger I’ve ever had. It tasted(and looked like) a wet sponge. So horrible.

We loved Lulu’s! This was our first time in the area so we wanted to try a sample of things… we got the alligator bites, mussels and coconut shrimp. Everything was great! Great service, great atmosphere and great food!

Great location, mediocre food. Server was attentive, and made up for the shortcomings of my mahi po boy.

Good food, great view. Nice service. The ambient is very good. You can enjoy a great food with nusic from the 80’s and 90’s.

A friend was staying next door at the ritz Carlton so we hopped over here for dinner. Spring break is in full swing but lulus had security on premises and was doing a great job of keeping it from being to rowdy(at least at 6pm). We saw two guys start up and the restaurant shut it down very fast. Our server was very nice and accommodating despite being obviously busy and crazed with drunk college kids. We had burgers and wings and it was all delicious, especially the wings. Decent kids menu. I did chat with our server a bit and she said most of the spring break people tip awful and are rude. So if you are going there for spring break, don’t be a douche. Don’t go in drunk and tip decent.

Came here on a friends recommendation. Food is not very good here. Service okay. This place has a fun atmosphere with fish bowl drinks but not gonna miss this place. Gator bites were over salted served with stale fries. Fried shrimp were not seasoned at all with equally stale fries. Fried shrimp and lobster tacos were stale. Best dish of the night was blackened mahi mahi tacos.

Not impressed. Not the place to go if you wanna have a conversation with someone. Super loud music, food is very basic. We got the fried zucchini and mozzarella sticks — very greasy. Also got a variety of food; had a group of 7. Food was average like a Dennys. Server only appeared a couple times at our table. It’s a decent place to bring a friend to drink and not talk I’d say.

Come for the bands and drink specials! The management and servers are so friendly here. Great place to bring your out of town guests with an open air beach vibe! Also good for families and groups.

I love to write reviews for places I love. I do not enjoy the other kind of reviews so I’ll keep it brief. Servers and bartenders were good. Fun, cute, helpful, but otherwise not noteworthy. Crawfish Etoufee looks great, but all I tasted was cayenne and just a hint of the seriously dark roux. I’m sure there were some crawfish tails in there, but I didn’t notice them. Come here for a couple beers, one of(I am not kidding) 5 souvenir glasses(should be 6 but they are out of the«bear» mugs), a cool breeze, and if you’re lucky an ocean view. Eat elsewhere. Ok, so it wasn’t that brief.

The best. I’ve come here a few times-mostly as a location to watch Thursday night football since my hotel doesn’t have NFL Network. The food is a lot of fun and the menu is long enough that you can always try something new. I recommend the fried gator & buffalo shrimp. If you’re there for the TV rather than the live music, the TV’s on the back bar(toward the interior of Beach Place) will often have sound and you can get full menu service at the bar too.

I admit, I come to Lulu’s every time I hit the beach. It’s a fun little hole-in-the-wall place that I like bringing friends to. It’s not flashy, over the top, and they’re definitely not trying to impress anyone, which I imagine makes it more inviting. The bartenders and servers are nice enough. Don’t think I’ve ever had issue with any of them, so at least the service is consistent. Anyway, if I have any gripes about anything, it’s two things: the menu and the ceiling. Maybe it’s just me, but the menu is a little confusing. I know I get lost on the menu sometimes because of the different size and types of fonts they use on it. Also, they need to make it clear on there that whatever drinks they have don’t require you to buy the souvenir glass/cup. For the ceiling, I guess I’ve watched too much Bar Rescue on Spike TV(shameless plug, pay me!) that if Jon Taffer were to walk in a see the state of the ceiling, he would either make someone mad or make someone cry. It’s BAD. Rust, dust buffalos, not bunnies, fans blowing Zeus knows what on the food and drinks, etc. I sometimes have a hard time eating and drinking because I’m thinking about what’s above me on the ceiling and falling into my food and drink. Ugh! Anyway, like I said previously, Lulu’s is a cool hole-in-the-wall place, especially if you’re in the mood to bar hop. But if anything, I implore the owner(s) of Lulu’s to consider doing some renovations to the place, primarily the ceiling. I realize you guys have been at that location successfully for a number of years, but it’s nice to see that you guys are doing what it takes to stay with the times and keep trying to get better instead of getting complacent.

11÷11÷15. Dinner 3.5* First night in FLL we came here for dinner. It’s basically a Hooters-esque tavern serving Cajun-Creole food. Hooters is actually right next door. It’s kinda fun and you get a good view of the ocean if you come early before the sun goes down. Drinks are good. Happy hour everyday. Cosmo is a generous pour but lacking lime juice. They don’t have ginger beer so no Moscow Mule. A lot of people are drinking those gargantuan fish bowl cocktails. Service is very friendly but sometimes they try a little too hard to upsell things like pushing appetizers before you get your dinner courses. Anyway they are cheerful and quick and friendly. *Coconut Shrimps($ 10.50) three butterfly shrimps rolled in coconut flakes and fried. Very crunchy but not thick with batter. It’s perfect to start off the evening. *Fried Mozzarella($ 7.95) served with the very tasty mango sweet chili dip. *Grilled Mahi Tacos($ 14) are three with freshly grilled mahi and pico de gallo and slaw black beans and rice on the side are just perfect. Comfort food in a fun atmosphere.

While visiting this area last week I felt like eating somewhere with a view and picked Lulu’s. It was an early Tuesday evening close to sunset and I was able to snag a table overlooking the street and Atlantic Ocean. Since this restaurant is located on the second floor the view is enhanced. I ordered one of their bikini drinks called Pain in the Ass($ 10 in souvenir glass). Believe me there was no pain in drinking it as I loved it and could have ordered two more! For dinner I decided on the grilled seafood platter for about $ 24. It arrived about 15 minutes later and I thought it was good(3). See pic. During the meal my table service was good. Parking anywhere around here is going to cost several dollars. Next door to the restaurant is a garage which is probably your best bet. This bar/restaurant is obviously a popular hangout spot that appears to have live bands on certain nights. I would return.

Ok so the main reason I’m giving this place 4 stars is simply because of their awesome fish bowls! I came here for lunch on Saturday after a day at the beach. We sat at the bar since there was no wait and the bartender took care of us. I had seen pictures of their huge fishbowls so we decided we might as well get one since we were there. We had the«instant gratification» fishbowl that was recommended to us by the bartender and it didn’t disappoint. By the end of it we were feeling very nice. The overall feel of this place is very laid-back and a fun crowd. When it comes to the food, however is where it was sub par at best. I do know this place serves typical bar food so my expectations weren’t too high. I ordered the turkey burger with sweet potato fries. It was edible but nothing amazing. The burger seemed like a frozen patty that they just heated up. My date ordered the chicken po’ boy sandwich, which I tasted and I have to say wasn’t that great either. It was overly spicy and didn’t have that much flavor. I wouldn’t mind going back and perhaps trying there wings, which looked pretty good. As for now I’d recommend as a cool spot to grab a drink and relax by the beach.

Fresh off the Plane: second bar I visited the with my bestie …$ 20 Fish Bowl and my first one ever… next time I will share with more than one person. I enjoyed the Fish Bowl Drink for 15mins, then I was over it. I should’ve ordered food considering my quesadilla sucked at «The Drunken Taco». We couldn’t taste the alcohol in our drink… however it was still good. Lots of sugar tho, pre-made it that tells you anything The ambiance here is casual. Staff is friendly, noise level is average. Also there’s a great band. This is another place thats off the beach… great view. The center it’s in reminds me of the Epicenter in Charlotte NC Overall we had a good experience, i wouldn’t mind coming here for happy hour next time. I really hate that it was raining off and on.

As a tourist, you can see that this is most certainly a tourist destination. Huge fish and coconut bowls ill of liquor, large menu, and beach décor is all the makings of a yourist trap! Needless to say, it worked out just fine for us! We ordered fried alligator bites, NY strip sandwich and mahi fish tacos. The tacos were killer, loved the spicy taste. The NY strip was ok… A little chewy. Not the best cut of meat. The alligator was awesome!!! Had a great peppery taste to it. The service was great, fast. We were very happy!
