I stopped in to this store while on vacation. They were having an amazing sale. I was torn between the bag i wanted to purchase and the sales associates were great! They helped me pick plus showed me the accessories to go with my bag!

This Michael Kors is fairly new to the Galleria and I am constantly shopping at this mall. Every time I walk past this store there are no customers inside. Last week I decided to go in because I was looking for a present for my sister. There were 2 employees working neither of which greeted me. I was the only customer in the store. I had a question about a particular purse and asked for help. A lady with light brown hair rudely answered me and continued to have a bad attitude with me for no reason. I told her I would like to speak with the manager. To my surprise she was the manager! I have never been so rudely treated before as a customer. I did not catch her name and I will never be going back to this store or any Michael Kors for that matter if this is how they treat people. No wonder the store is always empty!
