I’m not disputing the service… that was good, its the billing people that are a mess. I paid the fee for services up front that day, all of it or so I thought. I then waited in the waiting room for about an hour, that’s fine too, then was told they did not calculate the billing correctly and it would be about 80 dollars more before I can go in. I said really, they said yes, I said are we are good now, they said no you are good. I then paid it in cash right there in the office. Then had my procedure and left only to get yet another bill sent to my home for yet another 80.00 for the same thing. I called and said I paid this in the office when you said you did not calculate it in correctly. they said I still owe it. I am not paying for services over and over again because they can not do their billing correctly. At this point I felt like I was being screwed over and not in a good way. So I explained… they denied. Whatever they did with the cash I hope they had a nice dinner. Oh yea and here is the kicker they reported it on my credit report months later. Why is it the big businesses can screw you like this without even kissing you first. For shame on them! Ugh!!!
