I cannot attest to the politeness of the staff, except I don’t recall any problems. But Dr Nelson is great and I would highly recommend his low key style of practicing dermatology I’ve been seeing him for years super nice guy.

Receptionist is beyond rude and miserable. Cancelled my appointment due to her rudeness. I hope the doctor reads this and finds out he is losing business due to his less than friendly employee. If you hate your job then leave… no one is holding a gun to your head to stay there. Be nice to people!
