What an experience… Purchased Groupon and was excited to try a new place close to home. Staff was very friendly — including my nail technician. She did my hands first. I had a feeling things were not well when she had to re-​apply the nail polish on some of my finger nails. Pedicure was even worse. I told her I did not want my nails cut, just to file across. I felt her cutting some of them with the cuticle cutter and ended up filling my nails REALLY short — very close to skin. When she applied nail polish, it was a never ending nightmare. She re-​applied color on my large left toe 5 times. My 12:30 appoint ended at 3:13 The worst mani/​pedi experience ever! Need to let my toe nails grow out so they can look semi-​decent again!

I purchased a Groupon deal from this merchant. Scheduled a appt with Nicole. Upon my arrival, advised of my appt and with nail tech. I was given another tech. This individual was extremely, rough, and she didn’t cut my cuticles (hand/​feet). She put scrub on my feet and hands without any water… Rough. First and last time.

The environment is very clean and the staff polite and friendly. Although the prices are above the average nail salon. They do not dilute their products like many of the cheaper salons. Denise does a fabulous job on brow waxing. All tech persons for manicure and pedicure are great! They also offer facials.
