Usually the staff is super nice and I would’ve gave 5 stars but today this lady at the front desk is super rude her name is Susan and she is just as nasty as they come speaks to me like I’m less then a human no eye contact and act like she is just here for a check not compassionate about patients what so ever

Though I don’t usually take issue with the opinions of other Unilocalers, seeing a lowly One Star negative review of this excellent healthcare facility, I couldn’t stand ideal on the sidelines.
As a volunteer healthcare worker for the past 30 plus years, albeit just being a prescription pill courier for the disabled, I’ve gotten to first hand observe and get the inside track on all types of hospitals and healthcare facilities, and as such can attest from experience that Broward’s Imperial Point facility is one of the finest. It offers all kinds of services and is staffed by some of the most competent, dedicated healthcare professionals and healthcare volunteers it has ever been my good pleasure to meet and come across.
This is just one of the facilities of Broward Health which overall constitutes one of the 10 largest healthcare facilities in the entire nation. As such it has a vast depth of resources both specialized and general. It offers 204 beds, surgical, emergency, out bound follow up homecare, drug intervention, mental care, rehabilitative care as well as host of other services. It’s as nice looking as any hospital backed up by a dedicated helpful community following that contributes to it not only with time and efforts but by generous philanthropic giving as well.

Broward hospital Sec at this hospital. Sucks. I am 51 it is my life I go out to. Get a paper play my games on phone they are always watching me to see if i am smoking. On the premusis. Bunch of tards it is free. America. Not a communist country If i want to play my games. I will play my games on iphone. It is harrasssment And if it happens again i will press charges on them and hospital
