I came to this awhile ago not knowing anything about pandora. I decided to buy one for my mother as a Christmas gift about two years ago. Well I like it so much my husband bought me one a year ago. I go to the store today to get a new charm put on and they ask me why I didn’t have the spacers. Wait what?! What are these spacers? Apparently your charms can become warped without these things?! Well how come the person who sold me and my husband(at separate times) not educate us to this?! My bracelet will not be able to have anymore charms because their staffs negligence. I was planning on dropping a lot of money to buy my sister one for her graduation but instead went to another jewelry place that doesn’t cheat their customers.

Somehow I let my wife talked me into coming here a while ago and I got her a little bracelet and she loved it. So, before we wait for our favorite Happy Hour place Trulucks to open, we found ourselves visiting this store again. To me all of those charms looked the same, but apparently not to my wife. This time she is looking to put some colors in her bracelet. While she looked around, she didn’t seem to find anything she liked. Luckily the lady who helped us was very patient and friendly. She showed us different merchandises from different display cases, and also pull out a catalogs for us to choose from. After helping us for about 30 minutes, we finally decided to get a couple of little charms so my wife’s bracelet does not look one-tone. A little charms she got on really made her bracelet pops. Overall, we were happy with our visits in this store. Even sometimes the store can get kind of busy(especially before Valentine’s Day), we find the store staff to be professional. We probably will come back again for her birthday.

The general manager, «Miko», was incredibly rude to me and my husband. We asked if she could resize my bracelet and she cut us off telling us that they wouldn’t resize it since I had worn it. He was not told about the resizing policy after wearing the bracelet he purchased for me for Christmas. She proceeded to mock me and me being so uninformed that I would ask her to do this, verbally and with hand motions. We had to leave the store because she was so hostile and rude. We are in the process of lodging a formal complaint with Pandora.

It funny because I bought a bracelet and some charms and the lady that was helping me was very pushy and I bought some things that I wasn’t completely crazy about. As I walked out of the store I came back and returned them and the lady was giving me an attitude. I have no idea how many times she wanted to have me exchange instead of completely return them. That’s something that really bothers me of sales people. They just don’t take no for an answer.

Over the weekend we came here to purchase a bracelet and several charms. We were first helped by Dianne and then she began helping another customer in the MIDDLE of showing us charms so a lady in training by the name of Allison began helping us. Comparing the service received by both employees Allison appeared much more pleasant, polite and accommodating. Not that Dianne wasn’t polite she just appeared more«cold» nonetheless we left with what we wanted and are satisfied with our purchase it was the fluctuating employees helping us that appeared unorganized, and unpersonable.

Though I’ve had a pleasant experience here before(reason for 2 stars) it only takes 1 bad attitude to ruin it for the rest. Rochelle was rude. Rude enough to lose a sale today and a pre-order.
