Amazing service. Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, 6pm, family in town… Yup. Perfect timing for our shower, the only shower in the house, to break. Called and Sabrina called me within 5 mins and before 8pm Greg was at our door. He diagnosed the problem ordered the part and was gone by 9pm. Greg is amazing. Knowledge, kind, thorough and extremely professional. Not to be stereotypical but he’s not your typical plumber. He offered to come back on Memorial Day, yes he offered, when the part arrived to fix our shower. The cost was more than reasonable for being a weekend, after hours and holiday! Could not have asked for a better experience. If you or anyone you know needs a plumber or AC service don’t look any furtherer. You are in great hands. Thank you for your service and professionalism. 5 stars! Without a doubt.

Had a tank less water heater installed by Alan of Paradise Plumbing. I was concerned about switching from the traditional water tank to the tank less until Paradise addressed all of my questions and concerns. Install was completed neatly and timely. I am very happy with the results and know that I can count on Paradise for a professional job every time.
I am a long time Fort Lauderdale resident and have used many of the local plumbing companies and can say that Paradise ranks as one of the best in town!

This place is a joke, they claim to be a 24 hour company… yeah right. Had an emergency in my bathroom last night where the toilet and tub starting overflowing. Called the number and I get a not helpful employee on the phone phone at 1:30 am told him the whole story, gets my information and says someone will call you shortly to go out…6 HOURS later I get a message saying «oh we are calling you to come out and see you» What kind of service is that? I guess the word emergency means nothing to them. Anyway If I could give this place 0 stars I would, and I recommend you stay away from it.

From the start I was very impressed in which the way Paradise Service Technologies operated. To the professionalism of their office staff to the skill and quality work of their technicians I would highly recommend this company for any and all your plumbing and air conditioning needs.

Superb a/​c company! And they checked my plumbing! My sink was acting up and the tech Jason went out of his way to fix it only after he tuned my a/​c unit. Purrs like a kitty now. It was clanging like a cymbal. Thanks Paradise Plumbing!

Needed a cooling unit repaired, and two other companies came and couldn’t figure it out. Paradise determined the problem, ordered to part, and fixed it promptly. Everyone was polite and kept in contact as promised. Great service!

Paradise was the third plumber I called. None of the others could fix my problem and charged me anyway!!!
Then I called Paradise. They came out the same day and cleared the pipes in my laundry. They stick by their guarantee because the service person kept working until the water was running freely and he said he would not charge me unless he fixed it.
If you have a real problem, as I did, these are the people to call. Just about any plumber can install a new faucet or simple job but if your job might be complicated save some money and get it done right the first. They have the right equipment to get the job done.
I will call them again and I hope I don’t need to.
