OMG ! What a great find at PCLauderdale! Needed a new laptop and really did not know where to go. A friend of mine told me about PCLauderdale. Andy and Eric are so kind and caring and or course very very knowledgeable. I knew that I needed a new laptop. After a brief conversation, they narrowed it down as to what would be good for me. The PRICE was unbelievable and ACTUALLY below what I «thought» I would spend. I now have a laptop with 8 GIG — very fast and more storage than I will ever use. IF YOU ARE EVEN «THINKING» ABOUT ANYTHING PERTAINING TO A COMPUTER… go see ANDY and ERIC !

I have a 2 year old Samsung Series 7 laptop. When new it would boot up in less than a minute. Lately it has been taking about 10 – 15 mins to boot up. Tried everything google could recommend. I then called Andy and dropped of my laptop. In one day he had identified the problem (actually multiple problems) and had it booting in less than 45 seconds! He checked and I didn’t have any viruses. I did have some problems with my disk, some programs that were conflicting, and issues with unnecessary start up programs. He fixed them all in less than a day, kept me updated with emails, and also recommended a WAY better antivirus software than the one I was using. My computer works just like new now, and since I use it to work with clients that is a huge improvement. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
