Point of Americas II

Amazing views!!! Our friends have a place in here and I love when they come to town just to go over and look at all the ships go in and out of port! The beach is sooo fabulous here! Beautiful buildings, great amenities, the little Resturant inside was surprising very good! It’s a very very old building but you would never guess it!

I thought Point of Americas was a relaxing place to stay.
I came here for the 4^th of July and it seemed like the perfect Staycation to me. Weeks later and came back to stay for the weekend, it was perfect.
The lesser of a star for the Check in and check out times, they were not flexible and the rooms and building smelled very musky, as they are Old.
This is a private condo that the residents can rent out to family and friends. You must know someone in the buildings to stay here .
The beach is private and they offer umbrellas and lounge chairs free of charge, it was perfection. There are soo many shells and rocks on this beach Im guessing because people aren’t collecting them and bringing them home.
The View I had from my room was great and I could see the cruise ships come in and out of the Port, the largest cruise ship in the world too!
There is a BBQ area which we took advantage of each time and it works out great, a fun party!

They have their own restaurant here too, but we never ate there, maybe next time.
Its great how close it is to Las Olas about 2 miles and all their restaurants and the restaurants on the beach too.
I will def be back this place is soo relaxing.

It is of the most breathtakingly delightful locations in Fort Lauderdale offering views of the ocean, Port Everglades and the Port Everglades channel. The best time is on a Sunday when the cruise ships do their «turn around,» entering Port Everglades in the morning and departing around 5:00pm o’clock. Sitting at the pool, lounging on one of the balconies or on the shoreline, you get to see the largest cruise ships in the world as they make their way in and out of the port; truly and inspiring, thrilling and an awesome sight to see.

Great place to stay/​live, amazing ocean and beach views, fantastic amenities like pool, health center, spa, library, private beach, even a diner exclusive to residents/​renters!
