Let me start this by saying, I have been going to Revolution for a long time and have always had a blast there. However, after last night’s ordeal, I WILLNEVERGOBACKTOREVOLUTION or give my business to this establishment ever again. If I could, I would give them no stars. We ended up getting a table in the VIP area for the NFG/Yellowcard show on Wed 10⁄14. Their 1 bottle per 2 people policy is a liability, but we happily complied and bought 3 bottles per Xena’s(VIP Manager) request in order to have the best seat in the house. The VIP Manager, if you can call her that, was absent and chit-chatting with«the owner’s friends» and was on her phone most of the night. We constantly had to ask her for more ice, napkins, mixers, lemons/limes and she seemed bothered anytime we asked for anything though there was a guaranteed 20% gratuity from our table alone. Having worked in the service industry for many years myself, we paid a premium price to have premium service and the best seats and what we got was nothing short of atrocious. To have an establishment where«the owner friends,» and the manager’s personal life take precedence over premium paying customers is sad and just bad business. I’m sure the owners friends’ individual drinks were probably comp’d too because they didn’t have to buy 3 bottles even though they were a group of 4+.
