Dr. Richardson is 2nd to none, hands down. He really takes the time to explain exactly what is going on, what to expect and doesn’t treat you like a number like others dermatologists I’ve been to over the years. I’d def recommend others to use his services.

I would NOT recommend this provider; if I could I’d give ZERO stars. I was recommended to this practice to examine a suspicious lesion on my face. Instead of seeing the doctor, I saw one of his hurried PA’s. She took one look at it, asked me only two questions, and proceeded to remove it. When I got to the car and looked in the mirror, to my horror I realized she removed A BEAUTY MARK I’d had on my lip which I’ve had all my life (and clearly not a threat) and not the lesion that I was clearly pointing to. (I couldn’t feel she was doing this because she had numbed the area.) I immediately called the doctor but at 11:45 they were already closed for lunch. I left an impassioned message on his voicemail, and… nothing. No return call. Then I sent a letter and… nothing. No return call. To make matters even worse, after the wound had healed somewhat I could tell that the PA didn’t even get all of it. This is tantamount to malpractice. Clearly, I’m going to a REAL dermatologist now to have the lesion properly addressed.
